Duties include jurisdiction over traffic offenses, class c misdemeanors, tow hearings, and environmental/health code issues. Additional duties required the delivery of statutory warnings to apprehended prisoners and review of arrest and search warrants for execution. My secondary research and scholarship interest relates to issues pertaining to the elderly.
