6 Harvey Bigelsen, M.D. -- Holographic Blood a new dimension in medicine Join Dr. Bigelsen as he takes you on an unparalleled journey inside the human body. While many have observed the phenomenon he describes few have understood its implications. A new medicine is upon us, a medicine that has leapt forward from its quaintly pastoral association with Newtonian principles and is enlivened by the brilliant glow of quantum physics. "The Day may yet arrive when one may take a drop of blood and diagnose the condition of any physical body" - Edgar Cayce As a tireless advocate for homeopathy and biological medicine, Dr. Harvey Bigelsen has courted controversy and endured legal persecution, while helping to change the public perception of healthcare. A true pioneer, Bigelsen co-authored the Arizona Homeopathic Medical Practice Act, and was appointed by then Governor Babbitt to establish a board, and while acting as president, to set the standards for holistic medicine. The law gives homeopathy equal legal status with allopathic and osteopathic medicine. For the first time holistic physicians attained true medical freedom within a peer reviewed board. To assure homeopathic physicians are well-trained, Dr. Bigelsen s law requires that they must have an active, United States license as a medical doctor or an osteopathic physician. Though he now counsels patients to avoid surgery whenever possible, Dr. Bigelsen began his medical career as an ophthalmologist. As a young doctor, he served his country in Vietnam, ranked as a commanding officer in charge of mass casualties, and performed hundreds of surgeries as a trauma surgeon. The war was a turning point in his life, igniting his lifelong distrust of authority. In 1971, after being honorably discharged, he began a successful practice in Princeton, New Jersey. The young doctor grew frustrated by his inability to cure his patients he felt more like a mechanic, fixing problems but never addressing the underlying problems. He began looking for options. In 1976, after extensive exploration into other healing modalities and a life-changing appointment with Dr. John Diamond, a medical doctor who followed homeopathic philosophy, he moved his family to Arizona to work in a holistic clinic. There he began his path as one of the true medical trailblazers in the United States. In 1978, Dr. Bigelsen was elected as a member of the founding board of trustees of the American Holistic Medical Association, today the oldest holistic medical organization of its kind. Bigelsen s groundbreaking efforts drew detractors within the medical establishment and the American Medical Association. Subjected to three years of grand jury investigations, Medicare indicted him on 117 counts of fraud amounting to a total of $3,500. He was eventually convicted in 1994 for a grand total of $145. His own health in ruins, Bigelsen forfeited both his medical and homeopathic licenses and for a time set up a clinic in Tijuana, Mexico, where he gained invaluable clinical experience treating patients whose American doctors had failed. Undeterred by the harassment, Dr. Bigelsen continues to promote his pioneering beliefs in non-traditional healthcare, and currently consults in Nevada City, California. In 1986, the Hans Nieper Foundation awarded Dr. Bigelsen the Person of the Year, recognizing his work as the most influential for the advancement of natural medicine in the U.S. Dr. Bigelsen has appeared as a guest on numerous healthfocused radio programs and is the author of four books. He continues to lead the forefront of a much needed medical revolution, focusing his work on terrain-based philosophy and European biological medicine as he works primarily with people suffering from chronic disease, and those interested in anti-aging and regeneration. At the core of his medical philosophy is the conviction that germs do not cause disease. Counter to conventional medicine and Big Pharma, which promote treatments that merely attack and kill germs, Dr. Bigelsen believes that germs are not harmful, and actually live in a symbiotic relationship with the entire body. He treats the patient s physical body in order to get it working at its highest performance, and has achieved high success rates through a combination of structural therapies, cranial-sacral adjustments, neural therapy, isopathic remedies, and European cell therapy. Johnny Delirious Liver Rejuvenation Johnny never had a drinking problem or a drug problem but he did have a cocaine problem. In March of 1991, a family intervention took Johnny to a mental hospital, but soon he faced even bigger and more serious challenges. The doctors found he was not crazy, but that he was going to die. A medical examination in 1992 discovered life threatening hepatitis and biopsy revealed over 96% scar tissue. His liver was so ravished by cirrhosis, hepatitis A, B and C and cocaine abuse that the doctors gave him less than 8 months to live and a transplant was his only hope to survive. Johnny chose not to follow their treatment protocol and they further diagnosed him as being "delirious." Since 1991, he has been free of all mood altering substances. Since 1994, he has been free of all Hepatitis viruses without any antibodies. Since 1996, he eliminated all cirrhosis and in 2006 a top hepatologist said; "Johnny, you have a healthy liver of a twenty year old." Johnny has worked as a professional in the health industry since 1984 when he managed a CLIA laboratory providing elemental analysis of hair, urine and water to medical doctors who were also supplied with nutritional and supplemental recommendations for their patients based on the analysis. After his recovery from Hepatitis, he finished his third BA in 1996 from the University of West Florida in Communication Arts with an emphasis on politics and marketing. By 1998, he was head nutritionist at Everman Natural Foods, a 14 thousand member Co - Operative in Northwest Florida, where he facilitated the Hepatitis Support Group, gave lectures on TV, Radio and in Hospitals, the Pensacola Naval Air Station and Health Fairs on liver wellness. In 2001, he started the Product Support Department for Garden of Life Inc. (GOL) and helped bring it to a whole food 100 million dollar nutritional supplement company. He edited the owner's first three books, worked with the company doctors and chemists building the knowledge base of Garden of Life University and advised health care professionals and nutritionists on proper dosage requirements of all GOL Products. During this time, Johnny finished his Masters Degree in Natural Health. In 2004, he moved to Dallas, TX and started a national magazine; Millionaire Blueprints Inc., setting up all the funding, printing contracts, subscription fulfillment and authored many of the articles. The magazine was distributed nationwide by TimeWarner Inc. Since the loss of his business partner due to cancer and his son and wife due to a tragedy in 2006, Millionaire Blueprints closed in While recovering from the tragedy, Johnny authored the Best Selling book Hepatitis C, CURED and also launched "The Delirious CURE" an internet based radio show that has been featured on several major networks including Well and Wise Online and VoiceAmerica. All the shows can now be found on Johnny also provides online healing systems. His first is The Delirious Recovery Program which he calls "the plateau breaker" showing exactly how he went from 5.8 million HCV viral load to none detected in less than 4 months. His other programs of good liver health address cirrhosis, depression and soon Johnny's most ground breaking book and therapy to date; Cocaine Addiction, CURED - showing the step by step recovery process from the most treacherous and insidious enemy of all; cocaine in the human mind.

10 For nearly 20 years; Johnny Delirious - Master Survivor has been on the cutting edge of sustainable solutions and will help anyone attain good liver health. Youth and professionals are motivated by Johnny who ignites a genesis of hope in the audience. They are convinced that "if Johnny can do it, anyone can do it." They leave his talks with a can-do attitude of renewal and self reliance. Steve Denk -- Rethinking Brilliance and Learning from Others Gone Before In this round table Steve Denk will attempt to impart in 2 hours what generally takes a day of a workshop and that is; how to take and sequence specifically measurable information from your client to define key homeostatic controls that must be addressed before you move onto treating symptoms or conditions - because it s very hard to manage what you don t measure. It is in the assimilation and restructuring of brilliant information of others gone before, either unknown, ignored, or in some cases suppressed, that can lead to entirely new and powerful ways of seeing how health unfolds in the human condition. This round table will explore these dimensions in concrete ways leaving you with a potential new skill set to take back home and start putting to use. Oh and about those dead guys, this talk wouldn t be possible without them; Thomas Riddick, Emanuel Revici, Niels Bohr, George Watson, Carey Reams, Melvin Page, Royal Lee, Claude Vincent, Weston Price and many more. Steve Denk is the founder of biomedx.com and related companies. Long ago trained in electronics engineering but without any medical school or other formal health education, a turn with cancer in 1978 prompted him to pursue that which is never discussed. Since 1995 he has been training health care practitioners to see more in their clients through assimilating in new ways the brilliant work of old dead guys. Through utilizing Biomedx microscope systems and Flow systems auditing equipment and software (geared to quantifying homeostasis through easily derived measures), the work he and his associates have been putting out has often led practitioners to completely re-think how they approach any given health issue, with incredibly powerful results. Gretchen DuBeau, Esq. -- The Politics of Health Freedom Gretchen DuBeau joined the Alliance for Natural Health USA (formerly the American Association for Health Freedom) as Executive and Legal Director in A lifelong environmentalist and devotee to natural health and healing, Gretchen has found the perfect culmination of her interests at ANH-USA, where she works to shift the current medical paradigm to one that embraces real preventive and integrative medicine as the standard of care. Marlene Edwyna Kunold was born March 5 th 1961 in Rastatt, Germany and raised on a farm in a small town near the Black Forest of Southern Germany. From an early age, and under the guidance of her father, who was a rebel at heart, Marlene learned how to stay healthy through the healing power of herbs and the close connection to nature. This began her lifelong interest in the power of nature, human health and healing. She received her high school diploma from the Anne Frank High School for Nutrition Science in Rastatt. A self-described free-spirit, with a rebellious curiosity, she decided to attend medical school in a quest to find a cure for her own health concerns, which included living with Lyme disease for more than 11 years. After several successful years in the music industry where she led her own public relations company, Sister Right Promotions in Berlin, the capitol of Germany, and then, having moved to Hamburg in 1997, ran a small but trend setting natural healing business, Catch a Dream. While continuing her various business ventures, she used her free time to study medicine and learn about frequencies, quantum physics, bio-chemistry, herbal healing and also discovered the spiritual side of life. She earned her naturopathic degree from the Thalamus Heilpraktikerschule Berlin in She has been a licensed Heilpraktiker (certified alternative and complementary health professional) in Germany for more than 10 years and has led her own clinic for the past 10 years, specializing in the treatment and cure of Lyme disease and other immunological issues, such as autoimmune disease, allergies, leaky gut syndrome or cancer. As a Healing Practitioner she offers a distinct approach to primary health care, blending centuries-old knowledge of natural, non-toxic and holistic herbs, a holistic look at the entity of mind-body-soul and treatments with the latest cutting edge knowledge of biochemistry, physics, and energetics. Her truly holistic approach to healing uses an integrated series of therapeutic methods and modalities that encourage the self-healing and rebalancing process of nature and the body. Ms. Kunold is certified in cell symbiosis therapy, chelating therapy and anti-aging medicine and trained in more than 20 bio-medical arenas including Immunology, Micro Immune Therapy, Endocrinology, Mitochondrial Therapy, Gut Symbiosis Balancing Therapy, Enterology, Photone Therapy, Sound Therapy, different Oxygen therapies, Transpersonal Creative Homeopathy, Neurotransmitter Medicine, Metabolic and Diabetes Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, and Trauma Healing. As a Heilpraktiker specializing in Lyme disease, she has pioneered a truly holistic treatment protocol for the treatment and cure of Lyme Disease that addresses the root causes of illness and disease through integrated physical, energetic, mental and emotional healing modalities. Her own 11-year struggle with Lyme Disease and the diagnosis of Lyme Disease in her young son, who was born infected with Lyme, were the catalyst for this ground breaking alternative cure. Having experienced many variations of suffering herself, she learned by experimenting and testing, what works, and what doesn t, and also, how deeply Lyme can interfere with a person s system. She has come to understand that Lyme Disease manifests differently in each individual and is more properly understood as a syndrome. Her holistic approach avoids traditional allopathic medication, and instead addresses body intoxication/detoxification issues, the immune system, cell symbiosis, emotional trauma, family traditions and behavioural patterns leading to illness, as well as nutrition therapy, photon therapy, nosode therapy, organ therapy and support, and hormonal and neurotransmitter therapy, among others. She has treated and cured hundreds of Lyme patients, including herself and her son, since her career began and continues to teach and advocate her innovative protocol to physicians and therapists internationally. Ms. Kunold is a member of the German Society of Anti-Aging Medicine (GSAAM), the European Academy for Environmental Medicine and Fachverband Dueutscher Heilpraktiker (FDH). She has published numerous articles in medical journals and magazines including Co-Med, Orthomolekulare Medizin und Ernaehrung, Der Naturarzt, Nexus, Raum & Zeit, and Naturheilkunde.

14 Greg Lee Greg Lee is the driving force behind Two Frogs Healing Center and an expert on using Chinese herbs and Asian medical treatments for healing Lyme disease. Twenty three years ago, he worked as an engineer on several NASA projects like the Hubble Space Telescope, the Goddard Space Flight Center Robotics Lab, and the analysis of the Antartic ozone hole. In 1992, he struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) brought on by the stress managing the multiple projects. Medications brought some relief. After eight weeks of acupuncture treatment, his symptoms went away completely. A few months later, he made a life-changing decision. After leaving the engineering field, Greg chose to pursue a Master s degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. He also pursued studies in Craniosacral technique, Alexander technique, and Sufi healing. He created a successful private practice in treating people with chronic pain, fatigue, and fibromyalgia that were not healed with western medicine. However, the patients that kept him up at night were the ones with Lyme disease. Working with his first group of Lyme patients, he was only able to produce temporary improvements in their pain, fatigue, and mental fog. Over the past ten years, he has analyzed eastern and western medical research studies to fine answers for helping those patients. Drawing from different medical traditions, he has developed a system called GoodbyeLyme. This system provides a customized treatment program for eliminating Lyme disease and co-infection pathogens, neutralizing toxins, and healing damage to different organs and systems of the body. Greg has taught alternative healing courses at different medical colleges and for several years he was director and instructor at the Traditional Acupuncture Institute. He has taught classes on alternative healing to medical students at the University of Maryland Medical School and has written several articles for the National Fibromyalgia Association online newsletter. He was also a managing partner at LionHeart Consulting. For over 20 years, he has researched, published and spoken on the history of unethical human medical experimentation. Mr. Leonard has recently published two front page articles in the Public Health Alert on how treatment guidelines are undermining modern medicine and allowing not only the institutionalization of the Tuskegee Experiment but the institutionalization of biowarfare. He spoke on this topic at the Physician s Round Table medical conference in 2011 and again in January Warren M. Levin, M.D. Beyond the Yeast Connection Warren M. As Sir William Osler once observed,.. He (she) who knows syphilis, knows medicine. Alan commenced his work with Bb in 1981 after a visit from Dr Jorge Benach in Southampton, New York. He was fortunate to be a member of a hospital medical staff well versed in tick transmitted diseases; therefore the extension of awareness of the newly described Tick borne borreliosis in their practice area was supported. His first works were the autopsy studies of fetuses from miscarriages. Complete Lyme focused autopsies on tiny people were very time consuming. Alan was not so concerned about detection of inflammatory tissue infiltrates. His friend and colleague, the great Yale pathologist Dr Paul Duray, had already covered Borreliosis Inflammation patterns. Alan shifted focus toward the application of immunofluorescent tissue staining for spirochetes. Experts told Alan that Immunofluorescence could not be successful in formalin fixed tissue. He proved them wrong! This research landed him an invitation to speak at the Second International Lyme Symposium in Vienna, Austria. The audience was not prepared to see his presentation of 100 slides (in 15 minutes no less). Alan didn t show Inflammation in any of the slides. He showed only brightly glowing Borrelia burgdorferi from human fetal miscarriages.many in the audience discounted Alan s spirochetes in tissue because of the lack of Inflammatory infiltrates. Subsequent studies by Ackerman, Clemmenson, and Berger in 1989 showed Bb using classical silver staining methods in the erythema migrans biopsies. Wherever Ackerman s spirochetes appeared, there was no Inflammation at all. Inflammation was indeed present elsewhere in distant sites far removed from the spirochete in skin. At the Vienna conference, Alan heard Dr. Andy Pachner, use the words primary, secondary, and tertiary to describe phases of neuroborreliosis. Alan immediately made the hypothesis that based on the syphilis model, tertiary neuroborreliosis might be the clinical equivalent of dementia in tertiary neurosyphilis. Alan immediately hypothesized that Alzheimer s disease might be the late neural borreliosis equivalent of General paresis of the insane. He was convinced that many others who heard Dr Pachner have also come up with the same hypothesis about late Lyme and Alzheimer s. This didn t happen until 1993 when Dr Judith Miklossy commenced her publications on Alzheimer s disease as a spirochetosis. On the return trip from Vienna to New York, Alan further hypothesized that syphilitic Tabes Dorsalis might have a spinal cord only neurodegenerative equivalent In borreliosis, namely Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig s Disease). He hypothesized that syphilitic Temporal arteritis might have a Borrelia equivalent in Temporal arteritis of unknown cause. He immediately obtained from Dr. George Glenner, four frozen whole brains from Alzheimer s disease autopsies. He succeeded in growing Borrelia burgdorferi from all of the brains. In a manuscript sent to JAMA in 1986, Alan used the words Alzheimer s and Lyme in the title line. The title caused trouble. Editors at JAMA felt that there would be too much public outcry for such a title. A negotiation followed and a compromise was reached. JAMA agreed to publish his report, not as a full article, but as a much shortened Letter to the Editor. By consensus the letter was entitled Borrelia in the Brain of patients dying with Dementia in Alan followed up with case reports linking additional cases of Alzheimer s with culture positive results for Borrelia burgdorferi and confirmatory immunohistochemical evidence of Bb in brain tissues. Monoclonal Antibody H5332 (OspA) generously provided by Dr. Alan Barbour from Rocky Mountain Laboratory assured that the Alzheimer spirochetes were Borrelia burgdorferi because of absolute specificity of Dr. Barbour s monoclonal antibody. Even today, H5332 Barbour monoclonal is used as an acid test to prove that the spirochetes recovered from humans are indeed Borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto. In addition to the ongoing Alzheimer s studies, which would occupy the remainder of his research career, Alan made basic new observations in pathobiology. He was the first to publish evidence for a cystic form of Bb, granular forms of Bb, and cell wall deficient forms. He submitted blebs (Microvesicles) from Bb to the Rocky Mtn. Lab, in the attempt to demonstrate that DNA was contained within the blebs. RML studies yielded negative results for DNA in Blebs in In 1989, Dr Claude Garon and associates published their landmark article on DNA containing blebs of Borrelia burgdorferi. Alan was the first to organize a free New York State wide MDA clinic serostudy of patients with Lou Gehrig s disease, in This study yielded evidence with IFA testing that about 25% of ALS patients. Those with positive antibody titers greatly exceeded the negative controls. Alan s serology for ALS was replicated in independent testing at the Rocky Mountain Laboratory. The political environment again came into the mix. Alan s ALS serostudy was never accepted for publication. Two years later Dr, John Halperin and colleagues at Stony Brook performed a much smaller ALS

16 serostudy for Borrelia antibodies. Halperin detected Bb antibodies from 9 ALS patients; 3 of 9 patients showed improvement in their disease after antibiotic treatment. Prompt publication of the Stony Brook study appeared in the Archives of Neurology (1990). Alan s Temporal Arteritis Borrelia infection hypothesis was proven by the case study of a Southampton physician. The report of this case was published in the Journal of Clinical NeuroOphthalmology in It was the first publication of its type. Twenty three years after the initial Southampton report, physicians at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm Sweden published a series of three patients with Temporal Arteritis due to Borrelia infection. They kindly included Alan s 1987 and 1988 papers in their bibliography. Today, Cleveland Clinic accepts the category of a Temporal Arteritis subtype caused by Borrelia infection in recent review article in the Cleveland Clinic Journal. Along the way, Alan modified the BSK formula to develop a successful technique of growing Bb from the blood of patients with Dr. Joseph Burrascano, cultured multiple strains from LB skin biopsies with Dr. Bernard Berger, developed PCR protocols for detection of Bb specific DNA from body tissues and fluids; and most recently has developed a Molecular Beacon reagent to detect Borrelia specific DNA in Alzheimer brain tissue, blood and cerebrospinal fluid. The pace of his research has slowed (after being sidelined by illness for 4 years) but he enjoys his emeritus life and finds great satisfaction in assisting young investigators. He is proud to be an invited research associate at the Dr. Eva Sapi Laboratory for Borreliosis Research at the University of New Haven. jamikovits@me.com Judy A. KG. Jacques Simon, Esq Regulatory and Criminal Actions Regarding Lyme Practices Mr. Simon has been engaged in the practice of law with focus on litigation and trial work in courts of various jurisdictions and states since Mr. Simon represented and still represents clients in cases country wide. Between 1989 and 1992 Mr. Simon worked as an attorney in New York City medium and small size boutique firms doing complex commercial litigation. Between 1992 and 1994 Mr. Simon worked as head trial in house attorney for one of the largest real estate holding companies in New York City, the Estate of Sol Goldman. By 1994 Mr. Simon went into private practice with focus on emergency litigation including restraining orders, injunctions and attachments in complex cases involving large commercial disputes. By the end 1990 s Mr. Simon s practice shifted its focus towards the representation of health care practitioners and health care entities regarding various issues. Those issues included defending practitioners in civil law suits brought by various insurance companies on alleged fraud grounds and addressing the disciplinary ramifications associated with the litigation. The scope of the practice also shifted its focus to the representation of alternative, holistic and complementary medicine and dentistry practitioners and entities against state officials with respect to various disciplinary and regulatory issues. Representation now includes preventive measures such as audits and compliance, practice structure and billing compliance as well as preliminary dispute handling vis a vis patients and state officials. Representation further entails handling of all stages of disciplinary proceedings from inception through court challenges, litigation and conclusion. Mr. Simon s forte and trademark litigation focuses on civil prosecutions of state officials and agencies in state and federal courts. Those prosecutions are specifically designed to and aimed at stopping ad hoc administrative disciplinary proceedings against health care practitioners. The litigation is accompanied by emergency applications for injunctions and restraining orders suspending and/or staying administrative actions. Services also include negotiation and completion of consent orders, supervision of implementation of the consent orders and post administrative action litigation, if such is necessary. The unique legal approach to the industry s particular disciplinary plagues are designed to save the practitioner s license, livelihood and practice while preserving the practitioner s reputation and integrity in the medical community as a whole as well as in the patient community. Preliminary meetings with prosecutors, post or mid litigation negotiation and preparation of consent orders on terms advantageous to the health care practitioner and avoidance of further prosecutions in other states where the practitioner holds a license are only some of the preventive measures offered by Mr. Simon s practice. Mr. Simon also focuses on emergency court interventions in the event of administrative raids and confiscations and administrative summary suspensions. Praised by both judges and opposing attorneys including various Assistant Attorneys General, Mr. Simon enjoys an excellent and solid reputation in the legal community in various jurisdictions. Mr. Simon holds licenses to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Georgia. He represented and continues to represent individuals in jurisdictions country wide while being admitted pro hac vice under the auspices of local counsel. Mr. Simon understands the sensitive and personal connotations of administrative license prosecutions and the impact that the same have on the health care practitioner and his/her family and life in general. Mr. Simon s legal practice and approach is designed to guide the practitioner as well as his/her family through the ordeal of administrative action against their only means to make a livelihood. Education of the practitioner coupled with sober and cutting edge litigation strategies assists the practitioner and his/her family in better coping with this rough spot of their lives. Mr. Simon s approach to regulatory administrative action is multi faceted and unique. This approach includes proactive and preventive measures as well as rapid court involved reaction and stern legal responses to unexpected actions of various regulatory agencies. The personal and professional approach to administrative regulatory action offered by Mr. Simon has proved so far to save practitioners practices and livelihoods throughout the country. While each case is unique in fact and law because of the different laws prevailing in different states, Mr. Simon travels throughout the country and gets admitted pro hac vice in order to help those in need of his unique expertise. While Mr. Simon realizes that the license discipline experience is far from one being pleasant, at the conclusion of all cases in which Mr. Simon was involved so far, clients express their pleasure and high regard for the professionalism and courtesies with which they have been treated. Mr. Simon s procedural and substantive due process court challenges to the authority of state officials yielded to

20 outright victories or to state officials settlement of various issues under terms which were beneficial to the various practitioners. Mr. Simon recognizes that not all cases in which alternative holistic or complementary medicine or dentistry practitioners are involved denote issues which give right to court challenges. Mr. Simon has the highest regard for state officials and attorneys who recognize the applicable laws and who acknowledge the limitations of the administrative agencies and their powers. On the other hand, Mr. Simon s practice is designed to directly challenge unauthorized and illegal state and federal action where such action is unsupported by the laws and regulations governing the various regulatory agencies. The direct no nonsense approach employed by Mr. Simon in combating administrative abuses and illegal license prosecutions have earned Mr. Simon a great deal of respect in the niche legal community of like attorneys as well as from the bench in various jurisdictions. Mr. Simon also believes that commending the professional respect of the administrative prosecutors and the State Attorney Generals office defending the state officials in Mr. Simon s court challenges facilitates better channels of communications beneficial to the clients. Mr. Simon s philosophy combines a personal approach with sober cutting edge litigation techniques to save a health and dentistry practitioner s professional license. The core of Mr. Simon s clients are health care practitioners and entities as well as dentistry practitioners from various states. Most of the health care practitioners and dentists represented by Mr. Simon practice holistic, complementary, advanced and integrative medicine and/or dentistry.
