Use Case Virtual Private Storage Automated Tiering to the Cloud Primary Storage Deduplication and Compression StorSimple Value Virtual Private Storage (VPS) enables secure, on-demand use of public cloud storage services as though they were within your data center. StorSimple overcomes security issues associated with cloud storage through HTTPS (SSL) for data-inmotion, and encrypts all data written to a cloud storage service using AES-256-CBC using keys that you supply and control.
