5 You ll start by visiting the Standard 7a Loan Guaranty Processing Center (LGPC) Website Then under the heading Resources and then Center Forms you ll choose 7(a) Submission Instructions and Checklist. You ll then have the option to download the templates. 5
6 750 Loan Agreement (Deferred Participation) 750 B Agreement signed by the Lending Institution that outlines the general responsibilities the lender must comply with when making, closing and administering SBA loans. SBA Form 750B for short-term loans less than 12mths. 6
7 The SOP E is the current version of the SBA s Standard Operating Procedures as of 6/1/2012. The Centralized Processing Center is called the Standard 7(a) Loan Guaranty Processing Center (LGCPA) located in Citrus Heights, California. The Central Processing Center processes all Standard 7a Loans (GP) as well as loan modifications for all loans closed after 10/01/11. 7
8 The SBA s most utilized and flexible program offered by the SBA to eligible small businesses needing financing for a variety of general business purposes. Loan Parameters Maximum Loan Amount: $5,000,000 per loan with a maximum guarantee of $3,750,000 Guaranty % available; 85% - on loans < $150k 75% - on loans > $150k SBA s primary program for helping start-up and existing small businesses. 8
9 VARIABLE INTEREST RATE STRUCTURE Rates can be fixed of variable Utilizes the WSJ Prime base rate for variable rate loans WSJ Prime % for loans with maturities less than 7 years WSJ Prime % for loans with maturities more than 7 years Higher rates are permitted on loans less than $50k Please consult banc-serv PARTNERS, LLC for information regarding fixed rate options through SBA programs 9
10 Reduces number of government mandated forms and procedures while streamlining the entire loan process with immediate SBA approval. Loan Parameters Maximum Loan Amount: up to $350, Term Loans Lines of Credit 50% Guaranty available Interest Rates Prime + 6.5%: loans $50,000 or less Prime + 4.5%: loans greater than $50,000 Maturity Guidelines Maximum 7 years for Revolving Lines of Credit including term out period. Otherwise, same as Standard 7(a). 10

21 The commercial loan servicing centers are responsible for servicing actions post disbursement. The type of change your making will determine the type of action your required to take. For example certain actions may require SBA approval, Notifying the SBA or simply to document the file. The SBA provides a Servicing and Liquidation Actions 7(a) Lender Matrix to assist the Lender in determining which action is needed. This can be found on the SBA s website at under resources. 21

All delegated loan program lenders are eligible for loan origination (SBAExpress, PLP, Community Express, Patriot Express, and Export Express) All loan programs are eligible for loan servicing. 23

You ll have to log into the E-TRAN using your SBA authenticated username and password. E-TRAN can only be accessed by lenders who have active Express Agreements. 24
