6 Smart metering (AMS) in Norway All metering points in Norway shall have AMS by 2019 CBA made in 2007 Correct billing and settlement based on actual consumption Better basis for grid investments decisions Additional services DSOs now report that they have previously underestimated their benefits from smart metering
7 Current status for AMS DSOs are responsible for the rollout and secure operation Many DSOs cooperate on procurement and management of AMS Most DSOs have finalized procurement Currently there are three meter vendors Main deployment years: (70% of scope)
