Our broadband utilises two of the best networks including BT and O2 (our LLU provider). As a connectivity specialist we offer standard broadband services for internet access up to your MPLS and private broadband services for large estate deployments. The Vaioni network in itself is designed to deliver high performance and uncontended IP services to businesses only, so as a customer you can expect a high performance broadband service to match. We offer our broadband as a wires-only service on monthly rolling contracts, with options for configured routers and even management giving you 24/7 monitoring. 4 ULTRA 20 An exclusive service from Vaioni is its 20mb download ADSL2+ Annex-M product with a maximum 2.5mb upload. We are one of the only providers of this superfast broadband service that comes with a 99.9% SLA, as low as 10:1 contention guarantee, unlimited usage and delivered over an LLU or BT network. Not only that we can have it up and running in 48 hours over a standard PSTN line. Part of the managed service we provide either a Zyxel or Cisco router, 24/7 monitoring and a 4-hr fix (Cisco only). 5 U2 Most of our SDSL based customers choose U2 because it is a better product when compared to traditional SDSL services. Why? Well U2 utilises the latest in ADSL2+ Annex-M technology, its 5:1 contention as standard, low latency and its cheaper. Can't really ask for more. U2 is a managed service, so you get the option of a Zyxel service or Cisco service, your choice. 6 FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) What is it? Copper Phone Cable Fibre Up to 5km Customer Premises FTTC Modem BT Wall Socket BT Street Cab Telephone Exchange Vaioni FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) bases the majority of customer transmission upon fibre as opposed to copper. The only copper lies from your local street cabinet and the BT Openreach FTTC modem at your premises. This means that the speeds of up to 80Mbps downstream, with upload speeds up to 20Mbps are possible. Also the upper speed limits are much more attainable by this technology; with many people able to get the upper limits of the advertised up to speeds. Vaioni offer the fastest business grade FTTC broadband services, providing first class support part of the service. 7 All speeds are dependent upon the copper line distance between you and the DSLAM. As with FTTC the DSLAM is in your local street cabinet, the speeds are much easier to attain and higher than you could expect from a copper based solution. 9 Private MPLS DSL Vaioni s Private MPLS DSL is designed to offer Business Class private DSL services for home workers and branch office locations that form part of an MPLS WAN. Our business grade DSL products are high performance and low contented. We offer both BT and O2 LLU DSL products as they are by far the most superior of all DSL providers. We configure each DSL to be private connecting directly into the MPLS WAN and it is used specifically for its application, whether that is for POS, voice, CRM, or video, adhering to the business security policy and using private IP addressing.
