16 30 31 OPTIONAL UPGRADES & ACCESSORIES Once you have purchased your package you may wish to use this section to upgrade certain items which are not possible within the tight restraints of a pack. There are luxurious mattresses and sofa bed options among the items available to upgrade. Feel free to contact us to find out more. MATTRESSES Our upgraded mattresses will help provide any tenant with a much improved night s sleep. Upgrading to a Silk 1000 pocket sprung mattress will add an additional VAT to the package; changing to a Silk 1500 pocket sprung mattress will increase the cost of the package by VAT. STORAGE BEDS An Ottoman storage bed helps to provide additional space and reduces clutter within the bedroom area. We offer a side opening storage bed for an extra VAT and an end opening option for an increase of VAT. You could also consider adding storage drawers to the existing upholstered divan bed for 80 + VAT each. MADE TO MEASURE WINDOW BLINDS Window blinds are a neccesity for any rental property. We will provide an additional quotation for blinds, which are made to measure specifically for your apartment. SOFA BEDS A sofa bed is a great way of maximising the rental potential of an investment property, particularly if you have a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. The cost of upgrading to the sofa bed is VAT ( VAT if the sofa included in your package is a 2 seater sofa). AUDIO PACKAGE After a hard day s work many tenants will want to relax in front of the TV and watch the latest blockbuster.
