2 H I S T O R Y The Fioranzato Group consists of the companies OMTT and MGF snc, heat treatments carried out since 1976 on behalf of third parties, working with leading companies in various sectors. Although the two companies have arisen at different times, both are equipped with modern equipment, good production capacity and reliable control equipment, such as to ensure the production of high quality. 6 LABORATORY The O.M.T.T. & M.G.F. both have an internal laboratory for metallographic analysis for the certification of the quality of work performed. With the availability of highly qualified engineers with extensive experience in the field of heat treatment our company offers to customers different kinds of control on the part and not only as: control of surface hardness and core; determining the percentage of carbon surface; metallographic control for the testing of the material after heat treatment; detecting of the depth of hardening; structural micrographs; analysis quantometer; analysis to the recorder; consulting different before and after treatment; The laboratory is equipped with all the necessary tools to carry out the various controls listed above in order to deliver to the customer a high quality product coupled with the right certification.
