1 Might you have some prostate cancer? The proportion of men who get prostate cancer has been increasing steadily, largely under the influence of the standard American diet combined with a sedentary lifestyle. One man in two will now expect to get prostate cancer during his lifetime. Six out of seven of those men who get prostate cancer will not have a life-threatening cancer. But it is important to find out whether you are the unlucky seventh. If you make the diet and lifestyle changes that I recommend together with taking total health for the prostate, you should experience a reduction in your PSA level as a result of your prostate becoming healthier. However, you may have already had the beginnings of some prostate cancer even before you started taking total health. In that case, total health will help to slow down the development of any prostate cancer. But, if your PSA continues to rise in a trend even when you are following my protocol, that may be an indication that there is an underlying prostate cancer. It is only prudent for you to try and check whether there really is prostate cancer present and how virulent it is. It does not do any good to simply ignore it. But there is a problem. The standard medical way to determine whether or not you have prostate cancer and how virulent it is, is by way of a prostate biopsy. In fact, medical insurance companies will not cover the cost of any treatment, nor will the medical establishment even treat you for prostate cancer unless you have a confirmed diagnosis by prostate biopsy. The problem is that prostate biopsy though it may be a great money spinner for doctors and hospitals, is potentially very harmful to the patient. A biopsy is invasive and of course irritates the prostate. A prostate biopsy introduces harmful bacteria. Bacteria inevitably cause infections that require strong antibiotics which in turn reduces the effectiveness of your immune system. In some cases, it can lead to blood

2 poisoning which can even be life-threatening. And a biopsy can cause your prostate to become more sensitive which can lead to prostatitis. Many men have told me that they date a reduction in their libido to the time they had their first prostate biopsy. But the greatest harm done is done when prostate cancer is detected since the needles are cutting into the prostate to cut away a sample section. A process known as needle tracking means that a needle which is contaminated with cancer cells and then re-injected into the prostate, will spread the prostate cancer within the prostate. Normally, the seeding of a prostate cancer will take 18 months before it becomes detectable. But this process can turn what would otherwise be a relatively benign prostate cancer into one that becomes life-threatening. Medical doctors will often not admit that needle tracking can occur. But there are studies that prove it does. Nonetheless, doctors are not overly concerned about needle tracking because standard medical treatment normally means that the prostate is destroyed or excised, so as doctors see it, the cancer will be gone anyway. So, from their point of view, a spreading of the prostate cancer within the prostate is not something to worry about. However, a spreading of the prostate cancer does make it more likely that you will have to endure invasive treatment. And, given the inevitable side effects, these will significantly reduce the quality of your life. So what a prostate biopsy can do is to limit your options so that you are not able to even consider non-invasive treatment for your prostate cancer. 3 In my last video I talked about the need to know whether or not you have prostate cancer and how virulent it may be. I also described the downsides to the medically approved method of prostate cancer diagnosis. There are alternatives, but unfortunately the best of them because they are not approved by the conventional medical establishment, will not be covered by most medical insurance. One thing you can do now that they have three Tesla MRI scanners that have a far higher definition is to scan your prostate. That is a procedure that will be covered by medical insurance. And it will give you some indication as to whether or you do have some prostate cancer. But, if you want to have invasive prostate cancer treatment or if you cannot afford the alternative, then you will have to have a prostate biopsy because as mentioned earlier, your treatment otherwise will not be sanctioned by medical insurers or hospitals. The non-invasive alternative which makes a great deal of sense if you have a preference for non-invasive treatment in the event that you do have prostate cancer, is my advanced prostate cancer risk assessment which I do at my clinic in Arizona. Non-invasive treatments for prostate cancer If you have a virulent form of prostate cancer, say with a Gleason score of eight or more, you have no alternative but to have invasive treatment. The reason for that is because non-invasive treatment takes a considerable time to work and if you have a virulent form of prostate cancer, you simply don't have that time.

4 But the majority of men will have a far less virulent form of prostate cancer, usually in just a small part of the prostate with a Gleason six or seven. Many conventional doctors now will not suggest invasive treatment for a Gleason six or seven because doctors are now aware that many millions of men have been over-treated unnecessarily for their prostate cancer. Many doctors will talk about watchful waiting, which basically means doing nothing until and if the cancer becomes more active and widespread, thus requiring invasive treatment. These men do have an alternative, providing they can afford to fund such treatment privately. It is only some European medical insurers that will cover such alternative cancer treatments. Such non-invasive treatments are not available in the United States. That is because the FDA is a politically motivated organization that exists to protect the interests of the doctors and hospitals and pharmaceutical corporations, but not the interests of the patients. The prostate cancer industry is massive and unfortunately growing. Many billions of dollars are spent by patients having invasive treatments for prostate cancer. Sadly, many of those treatments are not even necessary. Most of those treatments cause lasting damage to the quality of men's lives. But a less expensive and less harmful method of treatment stands little chance of being authorised by the FDA. It is in Europe that a culture of more natural medicine has existed for centuries. As a result, integrative medicine, which is practised by medically trained doctors integrates more conventional medicine with alternative healing. But the downside is that it will not be paid for by medical insurance. You may be able to fund it with commercial loans. Although, such alternative treatment is far less expensive than high-tech invasive treatment, you would still have to find around $40,000 to pay for travel, accommodation, treatments, medication, consultation, et cetera. 5 In my next video, I shall be discussing what you can and should do in the event you have a ready had conventional invasive treatment for prostate cancer. What to do after you have had conventional invasive treatment? You may already have had treatment for prostate cancer. Or, you may prefer to do so. Or, you may not be able to afford the alternative. Whichever the reason is, you may have had or be having invasive treatment. Over the next 10 years, you will probably suffer various uncomfortable and unfortunate side effects. But does that mean that you are just paying the price for a cure since your prostate and prostate cancer, no longer exist? Regrettably no. Whatever doctors may tell you, there is no cure for cancer. At best, there is remission. What does remission mean? Basically, all it means is that your cancer is no longer detectable by the various diagnostic technologies available. So it is a period during which you will not appear to be under attack or threat from the cancer, you had. But what is the reality? The reality is that the underlying cause of the cancer has not been treated in any way. Remember, that conventional medicine only treats symptoms never causes. And that means that you are at risk of the cancer recurring. It may take a couple of years or even 10 years for that cancer to recur. And of course, you may die of other causes before that happens. So is there anything that you can do to mitigate the side-effects and the risks of cancer recurring? To some extent, there is. Some of the side effects are permanent because permanent damage would have been done that simply cannot be repaired. But there is nothing to stop you from treating the cause, even after you have had invasive treatment.

6 In some cases, if you can afford it, you can actually have those treatments at an integrative clinic. But if you cannot afford that, you can certainly do everything that I recommend in respect of diet, supplements and exercise.
