A common thread for all projects has been the data exchange between different levels of an organization. A lot of database work mainly MS SQL Server from the year This has included everything from the design of new databases to reports from existing databases, and everything in between. 2 Year Microdrug Development AB, Strängnäs Design and implementation of a SQL database for logging data from process equipment and a vision system. Implementation of a scripting language for machine control, and a script interpreter in the form of a DLL. Design of high-performance feature for data logging in the form of a DLL. Technical environment: SQL Server 2000, DTS, Visual Basic V6, Visual C++ Year Radiometer A/S, Köpenhamn Production line for blood analysis strips consisting of 13 modules, and a total of eight PLCs, operator terminals. 6 of PLCs in the DH+ network with a SCADA system, and two standalone PLCs. SCADA system logs process data per batch. Technical environment: Windows, RS View, DB4, PLC Year Sandvik Steel AB, Sandviken Rörverk 99: Control and materials tracking in a degreasing plant for tubes. Programming of PLC. Control of the robot, material tracking with recipe calculation and development of MMI on OP37. ÄB 67: Administrative system for optimizing material flow. Approximately 30 PCs in the LAN. Communication both up and down, mainframe respectively clients. The system manages the material is in line for processing and its physical location, and handle reporting. Finverk 73: Rock drill vision report system. 6 PCs in LAN. After rolling vision control of dimension, surface hardness, etc. The system displays graphs, generates various reports, and more. Ingots detected when it leaves the oven. Ingots number along with other data being written to the table in Oracle. Steel according to route plans sent from the host system. Vision control creates a report that is sent to the host system. KBR, Slitter: Systems of material tracking, control, monitoring and maintenance. About 5 PCs in LAN. Communication both up and down, Oracle respectively clients.
