Data reconciliation allows to transform raw process data (usually a subject for measurement errors and deviations) to more precise data, so ensuring getting reliable information about the state of production. Alarm and Recipe Management Automation Intelligence Alarm Management is built to extend the today existing Wonderware standard alarm functions with new features and still use the standard Wonderware alarm system. Suite Alarm Management has features like: advanced alarm filtering, looping (mimic) alarms, use/change user defined fileds and event priority fields, log events/alarms to different data bases, alarm reduction and integration with other alarm engine software. 4 Traceability and Work/Process Flow Management Automation Intelligence Traceability is built on ISA95 standard to allow covering the production tracing. The tracking and tracing of all products/events is supported throughout entire production cycle. Work Order Management function manages and transfers different work orders to production lines and machines for optimal production orders and maximum production capacity of the process lines. Operator Log Book reports the production machinery user activities for optimal user control and guidance. InBalance flow/pipeline management module models, simulates and manages various continuous flows including pipelines. Integration and Communication Automation Intelligence allows easy integration of ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft with production automation IT systems and controllers. Automation Intelligence Suite fully utilizes the Wonderware Device Integration concept with its seamless connectivity to any data source. This combined with the transactional data interfaces built on XML and Microsoft standards enables integration from ERP systems to Devices.
