YES NO PLAIN ENGLISH STATEMENT WEST FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP WHEREAS, a YES vote would mean the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will allow the issuance of retail license for the sale of liquor for premises in West Franklin Township. WHEREAS, a NO vote would mean that the Township of West Franklin would not be able to apply for a liquor license from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
