Connect a set-top box, game console, camcorder, or digital camera to the 4 HDMI inputs, or an external HDD or flash memory to the dual USB. You can copy almost any audio, video, or image files from USB or disc onto a USB device. Connect a 3D compatible display via HDMI for the full-depth experience. BD-LIVE With BD-LIVE compatible discs, you can download special content from the internet such as bonus features or languages not supported on the original disc. Downloaded data can be stored onto a USB memory device or HDD via the USB port. * BD-LIVE only available on compatible discs and playable features depend on the disc contents. BONUSVIEW With BONUSVIEW, you can watch bonus features included on the Blu-ray Discs in Picture-in-Picture form while watching the film. You can operate the basic functions on the system s remote control. Dual USB Terminals (Front/Rear) The systems are equipped with front and rear dual USB terminals for connecting USB 2.0-compatible memory devices* with FAT16, FAT32 or NTFS file system and HDDs with maximum 2 TB capacity. You can playback audio, video, and photo files stored on the USB device. * Minimum 1 GB capacity, 2 GB or more recommended. CD/FM USB Recording You can directly record CD songs and FM broadcasts onto USB devices in MP3 format. For CD recording, just press the USB REC key on the remote control, and select the bit rate (64/96/128/256/320 kbps) and the recording speed (normal: x1, fast: x4). With normal speed, you can listen to the songs while recording. For FM recording, press the remote control s USB REC key to record up to 5 hours at a time (in 128 kbps bit rate only). * Recording only available on the rear USB terminal. File Copy from Disc/USB to USB You can easily copy files without using a PC. Files on a disc or a front USB device can be copied to the rear USB device. Wi-Fi Direct FS232 Wi-Fi Direct lets you directly connect your smartphone/tablet to the system without having to use a wireless router. DLNA Certified (1.5) The system works both as a DMP (digital media player) and a DMR (digital media renderer). With the DMP function, it lets you search content in a DMS for playback on the system. If you use it as a DMR, you can stream DMS content for playback on the system. For example, you can stream a movie from your smartphone functioning as a M-DMS (Mobile DMS), and play it on the system as a DMR. The Wi-Fi Direct feature provides direct connection with no need for an access point. * System needs to be connected to the internet via a home LAN network.
