DD virtual Articulator The virtual articulator enables the simultaneous design in upper jaw and lower jaw with integration of Artex, Adesso Split or SAM synchronisation systems. This makes inclusion of all joint and cranium-related patient values (e. g. face bow) possible during design. Originating from lateral and protusion movements, the finished crowns and bridge frames are dynamically reduced as a result and thus require no finishing work. Both, the design of models with detachable segments (using premanufactured bases) and the design of monolithic models (where only the prepared die is removable) is supported. This provides enough space for sintering large and small dental work (up to about units). Materialized through the AUSTROMAT 664 isic, the DEKEMA specific SiC heating technology makes it possible. The high temperature furnace AUSTROMAT 664 isic is equipped with two silicon carbide heating elements to safely and consistently operate at temperatures up to 1530 C. All components of the AUSTROMAT 664 isic sintering chamber are made of highest purity, durable materials to ensure very homogeneous heat distribution in a clean atmosphere. A patent pending, DEKEMA specific Platin/Platin Rhodium thermocouple monitors the temperature inside the sintering chamber.
