1 Bible Story 37 THE TEN PLAGUES EXODUS 7:14-11:10; 12:29-30
2 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land. EXODUS 11:10
3 MEMORY VERSE: "God delivers and rescues, and He works signs and wonders in heaven and on earth." DANIEL 6:27 CIRCLE THE CORRECT WORDS: 1. "The LORD spoke to Moses, 'Say to Aaron, "Take your rod and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their streams, over their rivers, over their ponds, and over all their pools of water, that they may become (OIL, BLOOD)." ' " EXODUS 7:19 2. "Then the LORD spoke to Moses, 'Say to Aaron, "Stretch out your hand with your rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause (FROGS, SNAILS) to come upon the land of Egypt." ' " EXODUS 8:5 3. "The LORD said to Moses, 'Say to Aaron, "Stretch out your rod, and strike the dust of the land, so that it may become (LICE, MICE) throughout all the land of Egypt." ' " EXODUS 8:16 4. "And the LORD said to Moses, 'Rise early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh as he comes out to the water. Then say to him, "Thus says the LORD: 'Let My people go, that they may serve Me. Or else, if you will not let My people go, behold, I will send swarms of (BEES, FLIES) on you and your servants, on your people and into your houses.' " ' " EXODUS 8: "Again the LORD said, "Behold, the hand of the LORD will be on your cattle in the field, on the horses, on the onkeys, on the camels, on the oxen, and on the sheep. There will be a very severe pestilence... So the LORD did this thing on the next day, and all the (LIVESTOCK, BIRDS) of Egypt died; but of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died." EXODUS 9:3, 6 6. "So the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, 'Take for yourselves handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and let Moses scatter it toward the heavens in the sight of Pharaoh. And it will become fine dust in all the land of Egypt, and it will cause (SOILS, BOILS) that break out in sores on man and beast throughout all the land of Egypt.' " EXODUS 9: Then the LORD said, "Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause very heavy (HAIL, ROCKS) to rain down, such as has not been in Egypt since its founding until now." EXODUS 9:18 8. "Then the LORD said to Moses, 'Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the (BUTTERFLIES, LOCUSTS), that they may come upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land - all that the hail has left. ' " EXODUS 10:12 9. "Then the LORD said to Moses, 'Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be (DARKNESS, LIGHT) over the land of Egypt.' " EXODUS 10:21 "AND THE LORD SAID TO MOSES, 'I WILL BRING YET ONE MORE PLAGUE ON PHARAOH AND ON EGYPT. AFTERWARD HE WILL LET YOU GO FROM HERE.' " EXODUS 11:1 MOSES THEN EXPLAINED TO THE ELDERS OF ISRAEL, "THE LORD WILL PASS THROUGH TO STRIKE THE EGYPTIANS; AND WHEN HE SEES THE BLOOD ON THE LINTEL AND ON THE TWO DOORPOSTS, THE LORD WILL PASS OVER THE DOOR AND NOT ALLOW THE DESTROYER TO COME INTO YOUR HOUSES TO STRIKE YOU." EXODUS. 12: "And it came to pass at midnight that the LORD struck all the (FIRSTBORN, SECONDBORN) in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock."
