The centerpiece of the program is the New Tom Bradley International Terminal 7 Level International Airport Terminal 380 World Way Los Angeles, CA Los Angeles World Airports Walsh Austin Joint Venture 8100 Westchester Parkway, Trailer #4 Los Angeles, CA (424) (TBIT) which includes new gate and concourse areas at LAX's premier international terminal totaling 675,019- square-feet. The TBIT incorporated sustainable design and construction guidelines developed by LAWA and the facility is more energy efficient and environmentally-friendly as a result and upon completion should achieve LEED Silver Certification. Flower St., Suite 1200 Los Angeles, Ca (213) University of Southern California Completed in June 2010, the USC Ronald Tutor Campus Center is a 151,000 square-foot expansion of the current Student Bookstore and "Commons" Center. All Area Plumbing provided complete plumbing systems on this fast paced project for the entire building from underground to finish. The center includes: 9 Restaurants Full Floor "prep kitchen" for catering and internal food service for the entire campus, Executive offices for the university president and executive staff Private Entertaining Area for university fundraising events and "game day" festivities Auditorium Conference rooms "Tommy Trojan" bar This project was completed as a subcontractor to Tutor-Saliba Corporation, a leading contractor in Southern California.

In addition, the project will include off-site road improvements, including construction of curb, sidewalk, and lighting along Castaic Road. The project is registered under LEED NC 2.2 and attempting to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

4 West Hollywood, CA Pacific Design Center Red Building N e w C o n s t r u c t i o n, P l a n & S p e c w / D e s i g n A s s i s t The Red Building completes the Pacific Design Center, a West Hollywood landmark that spans nearly 40 years of design and construction. With the addition of the Red Building, the horizontal Blue Building and the chamfered Green Building are reinvented as elements in a new composition around the Pacific Design Center s plaza. NAVFAC Southwest TB Penick & Sons, Inc Innovation Dr., Suite 100 San Diego, Ca (858) Delawie 2265 India St. San Diego, Ca (619) Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center located in Twentynine Palms. The facility was certified as LEED Gold under USGBC LEED NC v3.0.
