10 Weston Christian Academy Middle School Summer Reading List Instructions: select one book from LIST A and one book from LIST B from this reading list. After reading, complete a report sheet for each book (copy below) and turn in the report sheets to the Language Arts teacher for a grade. The reading must be completed and the report sheet must be turned in to the Language Arts teacher Monday, August 26, All report sheets must be turned in at the same time. Students may read additional books from the list for extra credit. If doing so, fill out a report sheet for each additional book. Not every book is recommended for every grade level. It is the parent s responsibility to review the book for suitability of content for the student as well as to gauge the book s reading level with the student s ability. Most of the books from List A are considered classical literature including several children s classics. Books from List B are mostly Christian biographies.
