7 Dynasty Aluminum Fences Lifetime Limited Warranty Dynasty Aluminum Fences (Dynasty) warrants to the original purchaser of our aluminum fences, that our fence will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Dynasty also warrants the powder coating finish of our aluminum fences will not peel, crack, chip, or blister for as long as you own the fence. This warranty does not extend to damages cause by improper use, application, installation; abuse; alterations; negligence; vandalism; or acts of God. There are no other express warranties except as stated herein. This warranty is issued to the original owner and is not transferable. In case of a warranty claim, Dynasty reserves the right to inspect the material at its plant to determine the validity of the claim. Defective material must be shipped to Dynasty s plant for inspection freight pre-paid. If the product fails to conform with this warranty, Dynasty will replace or repair the defective material at its discretion. The owner shall provide written notice of failure to Dynasty within 30 days of failure, along with proof of purchase, and nature of defect. All removal and re-installation costs of the defective material are the responsibility of the purchaser. The above constitutes the complete warranty by Dynasty and no other agreement, written or implied, is valid. No person is authorized to change or modify this warranty.
