December 23, 1977 Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals, Inc. incorporated under the name Infracorp, Ltd. in Delaware. December 20, 1984 Pharma-Investment transferred shares in Lee Laboratories, Inc. to Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation. May 8, 1991 Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation buys out A.H. Robins and becomes the sole owner of Lee Laboratories, Inc. July 1, 1991 Lee Laboratories, Inc. merged into Infracorp Ltd. Infracorp Ltd. name changed to Lee Laboratories, Inc.; remains a Delaware-based corporation. January 29, 1993 Henley Chemicals, Inc., merged into Lee Laboratories, Inc. 9 Our Culture Our viramune Donation Programme (VDP) Since 2000, we have given free access to nevirapine (viramune ) through the viramune Donation Programme (VDP). We currently donate the product to some 167 programs in 59 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. So far, at total of more than 1.3 million mother and-child pair doses have been supplied free of charge. 9
