Holders of eligible American Express Cards ( Eligible Card members ) may access participating Canadian and international Plaza Premium Lounges and Canadian Servisair Lounges ( Participating Lounges ) on a complimentary basis. Participating Lounges may change from time to time. To access a Participating Lounge, Eligible Card member must show a valid, unexpired eligible American Express Card, airline ticket for travel on the same day and government-issued photo identification in the name of the Eligible Card member. Guests accompanying an Eligible Card member to a Participating Lounge are subject to a preferred guest fee (which may change without notice) per person per visit. Preferred guest fee available only when charged to an American Express Card. Maximum of two (2) hour stay at international Plaza Premium lounges. Eligible Card members and guests must adhere to all house rules, terms and conditions of Participating Lounges. Use of Participating Lounges is subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, Participating Lounge access cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or benefit and is subject to change or cancellation at any time. 2. Business Platinum Card member must be travelling. Name on ticket must match name on the Business Platinum Card. Special industry reduced revenue tickets are not eligible with Delta and American Airlines. The Business Platinum Card member must be 18 years of age to access American Airlines Admirals Club Lounges and 21 years of age to access other airport club lounges without a parent or guardian. The Business Platinum Card member s spouse and children under the age of 21 or up to two companions may enter the airport club lounges as complimentary guests. Code-share and affiliated lounge agreements do not apply. The Business Platinum Card member must present his or her valid Business Platinum Card, government-issued I.D., and qualified airline ticket to airport club lounge agents. Complimentary access is specifically for the airport club lounge that corresponds to the airline operating the flight (access pertains to the aircraft, not the flight number) except with respect to American Airlines marketed code share flights with an American Airlines flight number which are also eligible for complimentary access to the lounge. Note that amenities may vary among airport club lounge locations. Meeting rooms may be reserved for a nominal fee. Business Platinum Card member and guests must adhere to all house rules of participating airport club lounges.

10 3. Business Platinum Basic and Platinum Supplementary Card member(s) ( Card member ) may apply for a Priority Pass membership ( PP membership ). PP membership is subject to approval by Priority Pass Limited ( PPL ) and is not guaranteed. Unless cancelled, PP membership automatically renews on its anniversary date. PP membership may be cancelled by American Express if: (i) the Priority Pass benefit associated with the Business Platinum Card is changed or terminated, or (ii) the Card member s Business Platinum Card is cancelled. PP membership includes access to any airport lounge participating in the Priority Pass Program. Participating lounges are owned and operated by independent third parties and their participation and/or facilities can change from time to time. To access a lounge, the Card member will need to show his/her valid Priority Pass card and an airline ticket for travel on the same day for the Card member and each of his/her guests. At their sole discretion, participating lounges may restrict entry to persons under 21 years old; please check restriction details for the individual lounges at or your Priority Pass Directory provided by PPL. All lounge visits are subject to a fee of $27 US per person per visit. This fee applies to the Card member and his/her guests. Lounge access charges can be billed by PPL to the Business Platinum Card connected to the Card member s PP membership upon PP s receipt of notification from the lounge visited. Any US dollar charges to the Card will be converted to CDN dollars using a conversion rate and applying a conversion commission as specified in the Card member Agreement and Disclosure Statement. All Card members are also subject to PPL s terms and conditions for the Priority Pass Program and the individual lounge operators terms of use for the participating lounges visited.
