Indien bogenoemde dokumente nie na 6 weke van aansoek ingehandig is nie, word die aansoek as onvolledig beskou. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The documents that need to be attached to the form is compulsory for all learners. If there s outstanding documentation the parent must get an affidavit to explain the situation and then you re allow to hand the relevant documents in two (2) weeks time. When handing in the proof of residence and work address only a water- & lights account and letter from owner together with a copy of lease contract will be accepted. NB - If the learner isn t a citizen of SA (don t have a SA BIRTH CERTIFICATE) the following will apply: A Copy of the learner s passport and legal work & study permit from Home Affairs If this document is not handed in within 6 weeks after application date the application will not be attended to and will not be placed on a waiting list.
