8 An answer for products with high viscosity The Trimix is adapted to handle complex rheologies up to the limit of processing. The fusion, dispersal, emulsification and incorporation of solids in only one volume of mixing without product transfer or an intermediary phase are therefore possible. Trimix can be equipped with bowls mixing with vacuum or under pressure at a controlled temperature. The 2 other movements namely the scraping tool and agitation with counter rotary blades ensures that complete homogenisation of the whole volume and improved heat transfer is achieved.
