There are many brands and we will want you to use certain brands after surgery You will only use protein supplements for a limited time. Once you can eat enough protein at meals, we will ask you to discontinue using protein supplements. You do not need during Supervised Weight Loss.

Sleeve Gastrectomy patients will use for 3 to 6 months Adjustable Gastric band patients will only use for a few weeks Some may need to drink protein shakes for shorter time and some longer.
