All drop-ships to your customer orders will be subject to a $3.00 handling charge in addition to regular freight charges. PAYMENT INFORMATION In addition to company checks or money orders, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. FREIGHT POLICY Comfort Concepts Inc. will pay shipping charges on any one order of $ or greater within the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico not eligable). We will be responsible for freight costs on all backorders where the original order was $ or greater. For any orders less than $950.00, freight is meaning the customer pays the freight. This freight policy only applies to pricing listed in this catalog. SAMPLE REQUEST POLICY Comfort Concepts Inc. charges for all sample requests (including freight). However, if an actual order is placed by the customer within 30 days of a sample shipment, upon request, we will credit the new order for the value of that previous sample order. GENERAL RETURN POLICY You must have a return authorization number to return an item. Call our customer service department. We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers and reason for return. All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns less than 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. We will replace or repair defective items.
