1 Application Instructions Technology Management Please read the admissions requirements listed below. If you meet these criteria, you may apply for the Technology Management program by completing and submitting this online application. If you have questions, schedule an appointment with a Technology Management advisor by calling Note: You do NOT need to complete this form or submit a portfolio if you have earned a computer or information-technology AAS from a regionally-accredited Arizona community college on this list of Approved Associate degrees. If you have an approved AAS posted on your community college transcripts contact a Technology Management advisor (extended.campuses@nau.edu). If an approved AAS degree is in-progress please see the Admission requirements option 4 below. Admission Requirements You may apply to the program if you meet one of the following criteria: 1. You earned a comparable computer or information-technology AAS from a regionallyaccredited Arizona school that is not on list of Approved Associate degrees. 2. You earned a comparable computer or information-technology AAS from a regionallyaccredited school outside of Arizona. 3. You have not earned an AAS but have substantial work experience in a computer or information-technology related field. 4. If an approved AAS Degree is in-progress and has not posted to your community college transcript complete the following sections only: Contact Information Educational Institution: Indicating which approved AAS is in-progress Submit unofficial transcripts with this application. Use the form below to request a review of your credentials. Applicants must demonstrate their proficiency in a computer or information-technology related field by submitting a professional portfolio, which should document the following: Professional work experience resumé Accredited college course work transcripts Professional development courses course completion record Industry or professional certifications copy of certification Professional or academic reference contact information You will receive notice of your status by after your application has been processed.
