I agree to encourage punctuality and regular attendance. I understand that part of the Agricultural Education program is a supervised agricultural experience program in agriculture and participation as an active member of the FFA, and I agree to support the student in this phase of their work. I understand that because of the vocational nature of this program, field trips are taken and agricultural work is done to prepare the student for an occupation in agriculture, and it is important that all students take part in these experiences. I realize that special clothing will be needed for outside and laboratory work if required by the instructor. I agree to attend an admissions meeting at the center with the applicant. I understand if the student fails to complete satisfactory work in either the class work or the supervised agricultural experience program, the student will be returned to their sending district. I understand that while I am a student at Lyman Hall High School, I will obey all rules and regulations and commitments in the Ag Department and Lyman Hall High School.
