3 LMS & On-Line Content Progression Best Practice: Network elearning Council (NELC) Implemented Home Grown LMS Launched Online Tests Launched MyLearning Deployed Online Content Launched Online Request Tracker 2008 Over 80,000 on-line learning modules completed in 2008 Network elearning Council (NELC) is comprised of representation from all nine corporations with a focus on clinical education expertise The goal of this group is to ensure that we leverage content to reach the broadest audience possible Promotes consistent content, ensures compliance with network policies and eliminates duplication of effort Network elearning Council (NELC), Con t. Responsibilities Include: Create elearning Policies and Procedures for Community Health Network Evaluate and approve online content Review content on a weekly basis Attend weekly conference call Act as ambassadors for MyLearning Process Evolution: Day 1 to Today Prioritize work for leveraging start up projects for key initiatives Day 1 (March 2007) What was positive? Still no clue on duration of each step and what is a reasonable expectation? Spreadsheet not working still unsure of where we are in content development process by each request Request form still missing information We need a different solution! Maybe if we change the direction of the form and give it pretty colors, then it will work! 90 Days Out (June 2007) June 2007 Reality Sets In This is not working! What was positive?
