If you also wish to apply for Finnish citizenship for underage children in your care, you must separately fill in appendix form KAN7_ILM_A, KAN7_ILM_B or KAN7_ILM_C for each of them, according to their ages. Co-applicants may only be granted citizenship in connection with their guardian s declaration. Submit the declaration in person to your local Finnish mission abroad or to the police in Finland. A processing fee will be collected when the declaration is submitted, according to the Decree on charges. Clarifications that you need to append to your application are listed in section D of this form.
