Project Team: Relevant Expertise and Roles The Project should be implemented by a Team possessing appropriate expertise to fulfil its goals in an optimal manner. In case of the Lead Implementing Agency, whether it is a single applicant or a part of a consortium, the relevant expertise must be demonstrated through past experience of similar projects. CV of the Project Director - Attach Profile of the Organization s experience in the field eg Attach Annual Report Project Director/Lead Consultant List Tasks Sub-consultants roles may be defined in terms of quality and quantity of time to be spent on the project, and their suitability to perform the tasks involved. List of present members/office bearers of the Board of Management/Executive Committee, date on which it was constituted, present tenure (give dates). Staff of the organisation (give names, scale of pay, present emoluments.) Audited statement of accounts of the entire organisation; Balance sheet for past 3 years Income and expenditure account; and Receipt and payment account certified by a Chartered Accountant or a Government Auditor.
