9 Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Attention Deficit Disorder is a persistent pattern of inattention, impulsivity, and/or hyperactivityimpulsivity that is more frequent and severe than is typically observed in individuals at a comparable level of development (Salend & Rohena, 2003, p. 260).
