If the wall receptacle you intend to use is not adequately grounded or protected by a time delay fuse or circuit breaker, have a qualified electrician install the proper receptacle. Ensure the receptacle is accessible after the unit installation. Do not run air conditioner without side protective cover in place. This could result in mechanical damage within the air conditioner. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Your air conditioner is designed to install in standard double hung windows with opening widths of 22 to 36 inches(559mm to 914mm) (See Fig.1).
