Our Products 1. Project Loan: Project loans are available from bank, for a New Business Venture or major expansion of the existing unit. This loan is available against collateral security. The project loan is available for Purchase of Land, Construction of building, Purchase of Plant and Machinery, and also for Working Capital. Banks have different criterion for approval of project loans, which will vary from bank to bank. 2. Term Loan Normally Term Loan is sanctioned for purchase of New Machines, Land and Building, Construction of building This loan is available both for existing companies as well as new Ventures. Collateral security of more than the loan amount is required. The loan is repayable with interest over a period of 5-15 years, through Equated Monthly Installments. Basically the bank apprise the quantum of loan based upon value of value of collateral, viability, profitability, repayment capacity, Goodwill of the borrower.etc. 3. Working Capital (OD/CC) Working capital is provided for the running of the unit, for purchase of rawmaterials, advance payment for rawmaterials, giving credit to clients, etc. Initially this is given for a period of one year, and thereafter it is renewable with
4 increase or decrease in Working Capital Limit. The criterion for assessing the Working Capital requirement shall depend upon the achieved sales, projected sales, orders in hand, value of Collateral Security offered. 4. Unsecured Business Loans Business Loans are given to meet urgent requirement of funds by the Business Organization s. No Collateral Security is required. This loan is repayable with interest over a period of 2-4 Years by Equated Monthly Installments. The unit must be in the same business at least for the last 3 years. Unsecured business loan can be availed by Service Sector Industry or Manufacturing unit, new as well as existing Units. 5. Loan Against Property A loan against property is a loan against your house or even a plot. If all the land titles are in place, you have an income and you are eligible then this is the cheaper loan option for you. Though the interest rates on this loan are higher than that of a home loan, it s cheaper than that a personal loan. This loan can be availed by individual or business unit. The loan is repayable with interest over a period of 5-10 years by Equated Monthly Installments. 6. Home Loan Home loan is a product financed by banks to buy or repair a house for a consumer. It is the funds the home buyer has to borrow (usually from a bank or other financial institution) to purchase the property, generally secured by a registered mortgage to the bank over the property being purchased. Different types of interest rates are available for these loans such
5 as fixed rates, floating rates, and reducing interest rates. Home loans are provided based on the market value, mainly estimation given by banks or the registration value of the property. It is the estimated figures for various items so as to predict the future earnings of the project, on the basis of which the finance request is pitched to the banks, which to a great extent rely on the estimated figures to arrive at the financing decision. We prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) comprising of Introduction of the firm. Project viability. Manufacturing process. Man power requirement. Requirement of plant and machinery and cost thereof. Costing of the product. Requirement of land and building and construction cost. Capital investment. Term Loan and Working Capital requirement. Profitability analysis. Wages and salary structure. 5 years of profitability analysis. Depreciation chart for 5 years. Term loan schedule. CMA report with Ratio Analysis. Profit and Loss Account & balance sheet, as per banks requirements. Any other data/report depending upon the nature of the project.

CMA Data Critical Monetary Analysis is required by Banks and other financial institutions, to introspect or study the minutes of balance sheet and other financial statements of a body corporate for financing their projects. In other words it is the detailed explanation of the balance sheet and other financial ratios of the Firm or any other Body corporate. We provide high quality CMA data preparation services that are well accepted by banks. 3. 7 Process/Steps Application : You will need to fill in a loan application with accurate details, personal and business loan requirement, details of the property intended for Business etc. Documentation : Along with the application form and the credit documents, you may have to pay a processing fee to the bank. An upfront fee could be collected to maintain your loan account records, sending income tax certificates every year, maintaining post-dated cheques, etc Investigation : Next comes the loan Investigation stage, the stage at which the loan process gains actual momentum. This could start with a personal discussion followed by the bank s field investigation. Valuation and legal check : Valuation and legal check on property and papers is the next stage where the focus of the bank will shift to the property. Make sure the property papers and the relevant NOCs are in place. The bank s lawyer will check the property papers for their legality. The bank may also send an expert to visit the property. This expert could be a bank employee or an associate with a realty firm. Sanctioning of the loan : Loan sanction is the next process in the series. At this stage, the bank has checked your financial credentials based on criteria such as your income, Turnover, age, qualifications, experience, employer, nature of business, etc. They work out the maximum loan eligibility, and an indicative loan amount that the bank is willing to offer. Disbursement : Once the bank has ascertained all that it needs to be assured of you as a client, the property as a security and your repayment capacity, it will disburse the loan. The bank stipulates that the loan should not be utilized in speculative activities. For commercial property under construction, the loan amount will be disbursed in stages based on the progress of construction
