Additional Comments: Washington An upgrade to the newest web based version would provide us with Employee Self serve for requesting leave, submitting overtime, certification of timesheets and vacation bidding. I would also provide functionality to schedule Healthcare staff. The application has functionality to plan workforce for a period of time and then compare actual to budget. We have not looked into that functionality. It also has a module called HOW which is used to build staffing modules (i.e.- standard labor modeling for a segregation unit is X) so that you can build scenarios for expansion or contraction. We have also not investigated that. ATLAS is a comprehensive Workforce Management System. DOC just brushes the surface of what the can do. The two biggest advantages on the side would be the one-to-one relationship between person and post- eliminated all double and tracking of overtime. Payroll just happen to be a big bonus as we electronically feed to our payroll. West Virginia We do not have a. We have a one-on-one leave that tracks employee leave and time. We allow our facilities to establish their own work schedules. Wisconsin ne at this time. ne. There are functions that are not used to their fullest capability. We have utilized product for 10 years. We are in the process of installing in all correctional institutions and centers. We will be moving from an Oracle database to a Sequel database that provided more functionality. Product is cost effective. Customer service has been great. Wyoming Yes 7 Yes 8 Yes 7 Yes 9 Yes 6 Total: Staff Scheduling Program Survey.xls (UT) Page 8 of 8 Last Updated: 3/23/11
