Funds that are deposited via cashier's order/cheques and transfers / remittance from other accounts within BOCHK, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited and Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited will not be considered as new funds. For details of the definition of new funds, please contact BOCHK's staff. In case of disputes, BOCHK has the sole discretion to determine the definition of new funds. Eligible HKD/ USD Time Deposit Reward Customers should still have valid BOC credit card and maintain that Integrated Account Service or Integrated Account Service with higher Total Relationship Balance requirement when Free Spending Credit is credited. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited. Free Spending Credit will be credited to the Eligible Time Deposit Reward Customers BOC Credit Card on or before 31 July If Eligible HKD/ USD Time Deposit Reward Customer uplift his/her Eligible Time Deposit before maturity, the reward will be forfeited.. HKD/ USD Time Deposit transaction amount is subject to BOCHK s record. HKD/ USD Time Deposit Reward is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis while quota lasts. The offer worth equivalent up to 1.2%p.a. comprises of: (i) The rate of HKD/USD Time Deposit; and (ii) Up to HK$1,000 Free Spending Credit. The above calculation is based on the fixed exchange rate of USD against HKD in 1:7.8, and for reference only.

2 2. Total Relationship Balance Growth Reward ( TRB Growth Reward ): The promotion period is from 18 January 2016 to 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive) ( TRB Growth Reward Promotion Period ). Travel Upgrade Reward: The promotion period is from 18 January 2016 to 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive) ( Travel Upgrade Reward Promotion Period ). Customers who fulfil the following requirements ( Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers ) can enjoy the Travel Upgrade Reward which value up to HK$2,388: (i) Newly take up/upgrade to /have already taken up Integrate Account Service (including Wealth Management /Enrich Banking /i-free Banking) during the Travel Upgrade Reward Promotion Period;and (ii) Fulfil requirement of any 3 or more of the following designated services/ transactions from 18 January 2016 to 30 April 2016 (both dates inclusive): a. HKD/ USD Time Deposit: - Successfully open 1-month or above HKD/ USD Time Deposit with new funds of accumulated amount of HK$200,000 or above/ US$25,000 or above with BOCHK; - Funds that are deposited via cashier's order/cheques and transfers / remittance from other accounts within BOCHK, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited and Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited will not be considered as new funds. Payroll Service: - Customers should maintain a valid HKD Savings Account or HKD Current Account (including sole-name or joint-name accounts) ( Payroll Account ) with BOCHK and register for Payroll Service via any branch, Phone Banking or Internet Banking of BOCHK during the Travel Upgrade Reward Promotion Period; and - Start receiving salary by electronic payroll arrangement or single standing instruction (not including the standing instruction originating from BOCHK, Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited) via Payroll Account from the date of payroll service registration; - Salary refers to the basic monthly salary (excluding commission, bonus, double pay, repayment and/ or other funds) of which the amount should reach HK$10,000 or above. e. Securities Services: - Successfully open new Securities Account (including Securities Margin Trading Account) and do not have any securities account with BOCHK within 6 months preceding the date of New Securities Accounts opening, and conduct buying/ selling transactions of securities listed on the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited ( HKEx ) and settled in HKD or RMB (exclude Monthly Stocks Savings Plan and IPO subscription) or securities listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange ( SSE ) via the new Securities Account, with accumulated transaction amount of HK$200,000 equivalent or above;or - Successfully open new Family Securities Account and do not have any Family Securities Account with BOCHK within 6 months preceding the date of New Family Securities Accounts opening, and conduct buying/ selling transactions of securities listed on the HKEx and settled in HKD or RMB (exclude Monthly Stocks Savings Plan and IPO subscription) or securities listed on SSE via the new Family Securities Account, with accumulated transaction amount of HK$200,000 equivalent or above; f. Fund: - Conduct lump-sum subscription or fund switching between different fund houses through a same-name fund account (sole-name / joint-name account) (excluding Money Market funds, switching between the same fund house) with subscription amount of HK$200,000 equivalent or above; - For transactions denominated in foreign currencies, the relevant transaction amount will be converted into Hong Kong Dollar on the basis of the prevailing exchange rate quoted by BOCHK at the close of the transaction day. BOCHK reserves the right to change the calculation method of transaction amount at its sole discretion; g. Foreign Exchange: - Conduct foreign currency exchange transaction at the telegraphic transfer rate through same-name Multi-Currency Savings Account and with accumulated exchange amount of HK$200,000 or above. For transactions denominated in foreign currencies, the relevant transaction amount will be converted into Hong Kong dollars on the basis of the prevailing exchange rate quoted by BOCHK at the close of business on the transaction day. BOCHK reserves the right to change the calculation method of transaction amount at its sole discretion;

Mortgage: - Submit application for new property mortgage loan / property mortgage refinancing loan / mortgage further advance / re-mortgage loan ( Property Mortgage Loan ) to BOCHK from 18 January 2016 to 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive), and successfully drawdown Property Mortgage Loan with loan amount of HK$2,000,000 or above on or before 30 June 2016; - If the borrower of the Property Mortgage Loan is a joint account, the related sole-name accounts also considered as fulfil this requirement. Number of designated services/ transactions which Travel Upgrade Reward requirements have been successfully fulfilled 3 Free Airport Lounge Service ( Gift ) for 2 (Total approximate value of HK$700) 4 or above Free Airport Lounge Service ( Gift ) for 3 and HK$1,338 BOC Credit Card Free Spending Credit (Total approximate value of HK$2,388) Each Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customer can enjoy this offer once only. If the Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customer is a joint account, the holders of such account will be considered as one customer and only one of the account holders will be entitled to Travel Upgrade Reward. BOCHK reserves the right to grant the Travel Upgrade Reward to any one of the joint-account holders. If Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers submit application for new Property Mortgage Loan to BOCHK on or before 31 March 2016, Gift will be delivered by mail to the Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers on or before 30 September 2016 in accordance with the correspondence address record of BOCHK; otherwise, Gift will be delivered by mail to the Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers on or before 31 July 2016 in accordance with the correspondence address record of BOCHK. If Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers submit application for new Property Mortgage Loan to BOCHK on or before 31 March 2016, Free Spending Credit will be credited to the valid BOC Credit Card Account of Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers on or before 30 September 2016; otherwise, Free Spending Credit will be credited to the valid BOC Credit Card Account of Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers on or before 31 July If the Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customer is aged 18 or above, BOCHK will provide the reward in the form of Free Spending Credit which will be credited into the customer s valid BOC Credit Card account; if the Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customer is aged between 11 and 17, BOCHK will credit cash of equivalent value to settlement account of the aforesaid customer s Integrated Account Service settlement account without prior notice. Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers have to maintain the related Integrated Account Service or an Integrated Account Service with higher Total Relationship Balance requirement when crediting the Free Spending Credit, or the relevant reward will be forfeited. Travel Upgrade Reward is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis while quota lasts. 4. Kiddie Sky Savings Account Welcome Reward: The promotion period is from 25 January 2016 to 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive) ( Kiddie Sky Welcome Reward Promotion Period ). Customers who fulfil the following requirements ( Kiddie Sky Welcome Reward Eligible Customers ) can enjoy HK$50 McDonald s Gift Certificates (HK$10 each) instantly: (i) Newly take up Kiddie Sky Savings Account (Applicable for children who are below the age of 11) during the Kiddie Sky Welcome Reward Promotion Period and deposit HK$5,000 or above when newly taking up the account; and (ii) Customers are required to show the copy of father/mother s identity document and relationship identity document at the time of account opening, and father/mother should be Wealth Management/ Enrich Banking/ i-free Banking customer of BOCHK. BOCHK shall have the right to decide whether to accept or decline any account opening application and/or whether to grant this offer to the applicants in accordance with their information provided without providing any reason. 5 5. Family Securities Account Rewards: The promotion period is from 18 January 2016 to 31 March 2016(both dates inclusive)( Family Securities Services Promotion Period ). New Family Securities Account Reward (i) This offer is only applicable to personal banking customers who successfully open new sole-name / joint-name Family Securities Accounts ( New Family Securities Accounts ) with BOCHK during Family Securities Services Promotion Period and do not have any Family Securities Account with BOCHK within 6 months preceding the date of New Family Securities Accounts opening ( Eligible New Family Securities Customers ). (ii) Eligible New Family Securities Customers should conduct buying transactions of securities listed on HKEx and settled in HKD or RMB (exclude Monthly Stocks Savings Plan and IPO subscription) or securities listed on SSE via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Automated Stock Trading Hotline of BOCHK through the New Family Securities Accounts within the first 3 months starting from the date of the first New Family Securities Account opening (3-month period is calculated on the basis of 90 days with the 90 th day, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays included) ( Brokerage Fee Reduction Period ). (iii) Eligible New Family Securities Customers should pay the brokerage fee of buying transactions first. The brokerage fee Reduction Amount ( Brokerage Fee Reduction Amount ) will be credited to the settlement accounts of Eligible New Family Securities Customers on or before 31 August If an Eligible New Family Securities Customer holds more than one settlement account, BOCHK has the discretion to credit the Brokerage Fee Reduction Amount to any one of the settlement accounts. (iv) The brokerage fee settled in RMB will be converted into HKD at the exchange rate determined by BOCHK. If an Eligible New Family Securities Customer is an i-free Banking customer, the total amount of Brokerage Fee Reduction Amount is capped at HK$1,000. If an Eligible New Family Securities Customer is an Enrich Banking customer, the total amount of Brokerage Fee Reduction Amount is capped at HK$3,000. If an Eligible New Family Securities Customer is a Wealth Management customer, the total amount of Brokerage Fee Reduction Amount is capped at HK$6,000. (v) All subsequent transactions will be subject to standard brokerage fees. For details, please refer to securities service charge table. Each Eligible New Family Securities Customer (include sole name and joint name accounts) can enjoy this offer once only regardless of number of New Family Securities Accounts opened during the Securities Services Promotion Period. Holders of joint-name securities accounts will be considered as one Eligible New Family Securities Customer and can enjoy the offer once. (vi) Other transaction fees still apply, including but not limited to transaction charge, Hong Kong stamp duty, transaction levy charged by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, trading fee charged by HKEx, stamp duty charged by the State Administration of Taxation, securities management fee charged by China Securities Regulatory Commission, handling fee charged by SSE and transfer fee charged by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. 6 (v) If an Eligible Family Securities Customer who has received the welcome offers and cancels the relevant account within 6 months from the date of account opening, BOCHK reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the value of any Gift to an account holder. 6. Credit Card Reward: The promotion period is from 18 January 2016 until 31 March 2016 (both dates inclusive) ( Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Promotion Period ). During the Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Promotion Period, the Credit card welcome offer of an extra HK$100 Free Spending Credit is only applicable to customers who newly take up/upgrade to /have already taken up Integrate Account Service (including Wealth Management /Enrich Banking /i-free Banking) and are accepted by the Card Company as a main cardholder of a Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card / Enrich Banking World MasterCard / BOC i-card respectively and having fulfilled a spending requirement on the Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card / Enrich Banking World MasterCard / BOC i-card for an accumulative value of or over HK$2,000 in the first two months from card issuance ( Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customers ) in order to be eligible for the Extra HK$100 free spending credit ( Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit"). Only spending in retail purchase/cash advance/cash Before Card/posted amount of merchant installment program will be accepted as the stipulated spending requirement ( Spending ) whereas online bill payment, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, unposted repayment of cash installment plan and such other transaction types as may be designated by the Card Company from time to time are all not acceptable. Applicants who are existing main cardholder of Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card / Enrich Banking World MasterCard / BOC i-card, or have cancelled the above cards or were once holders of the above cards on or after 1 July 2015 will not be entitled to the Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit for main cardholders upon approval of application. Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit will be credited to the valid Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card / Enrich Banking World MasterCard / BOC i-card accounts held by the Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customer on or before 31 July Each Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customer can only enjoy this offer once and cannot be used in conjunction with other Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit promoted by BOCHK in other products. Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customer should still maintain the valid Wealth Management Visa Infinite Card and take up Wealth Management / should still maintain the valid Enrich Banking World MasterCard and take up Enrich Banking / should still maintain the valid BOC i-card and take up i-free Banking when the Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit is to be credited by the Card Company. Otherwise, the relevant offer will be forfeited and no other offer will be awarded in its place. Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit is meant exclusively for retail purchase and cannot be used for cash advance, settlement of financial charge or any previous outstanding balance accrued before the Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit is credited. Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also not refundable and transferrable. The status of the credit card accounts held by the Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customer should be normal, valid and in good standing, and such accounts should not have breached the Card User Agreement when the Extra HK$100 credit card spending credit is credited by the Card Company. If the Credit Card Extra Welcome Offer Eligible Customers cannot fulfil the above requirements, BOCHK and the Card Company reserve the right to forfeit the relevant offer without prior notice.

BOC Credit Card Free Spending Credit: Eligible HKD/ USD Time Deposit Reward Customers and /or TRB Growth Reward Eligible Customers and /or Travel Upgrade Reward Eligible Customers ( Eligible Customer ) should hold BOC Credit Card. If an Eligible Customer cancels the related Integrated Account Service or downgraded to an Integrated Account Service with lower Total Relationship Balance requirement within 12 months after Free Spending Credit is credited, BOCHK reserves absolute right to debit an amount equivalent to the value of the reward from the account of the customer without prior notice. Free Spending Credit is meant exclusively for retail purchase and cannot be used for cash advance, settlement of financial charge or any previous outstanding balance accrued before the Free Spending Credit is credited. Free Spending Credit cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also not refundable and transferrable. If Eligible Customers hold more than one BOC Credit Card, the Free Spending Credit will be credited to the highest tier BOC Credit Card Account (the credit card tier in descending order is Visa Infinite Card, CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card, World Master Card, Visa Signature Card, Platinum Card, Titanium Card, Gold Card and Classic Card). The status of the credit card accounts held by the Eligible Customers should be normal, valid and in good standing, and such accounts should not have overdue/bad records, nor have they been cancelled/terminated for any reason, and the customers should not have breached the Card User Agreement when the Free Spending Credit is credited by the Card Company. If the Eligible Customers cannot fulfil the above requirements, BOCHK and the Card Company reserve the right to forfeit the relevant offer without prior notice. 8. LET ME PLAY Work Experience Workshop - The Little Pilot Enrollment period is from 25 January 2016 to 29 February 2016(both dates inclusive) ( Event Enrollment Period ) Customers who fulfill the following requirements ( Event Eligible Customers ) have the chance to participate in the LET ME PLAY Work Experience Workshop - The Little Pilot ( Event ): (i) Have already taken up Wealth Management Service on 29 February 2016;and (ii) With Asset Balance (Includes: Deposit and Investment Balance) of HK$1,000,000 or above on 29 February 2016; and (iii) Successfully enroll via the following methods during the Event Enrollment Period: (1) Contact your Customer Relationship Manager;or (2) Login Internet Banking ( Assistant e-invitation Select and register the Event);or (3) Call Promotion Hotline Each Event Eligible Customer can take one adult and one child to participate in the Event. Holders of a joint account will be considered as one customer. BOCHK reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the customers who have enrolled more than once. If the number of enrollees exceeds the quota, a ballot will be conducted ( Event Participants ). The result of the ballot will be announced on 1 April 2016 at and the Event Participants will be notified via SMS on their mobile phone. The slots cannot be transferred. Event Participants should still hold valid Wealth Management Service on the date of the Event. Otherwise, their eligibility for participating in the Event will be forfeited. Event date and time are subject to BOCHK s announcement on 1 April 2016 at Event participants should inform BOCHK via Promotion Hotline at least 5 working days before the date of Event if he/ she cannot participate in the Event. Otherwise, BOCHK reserves the right to debit HK$500 from Event Participant s Wealth Management Service settlement account as an administration fee without prior notice BOCHK may conduct photo shooting, video and sound recording during the Event, and all photos, the whole or part of the contents of video and sound recording may be used by BOCHK later for internal record and/or commercial purposes.

8 If Gale/Storm Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or expected to be hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory before 12:00 noon on the day of the Event, the Event will be postponed or cancelled. If Gale/Storm Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm is cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory before 12:00 noon on the day of the Event, the Event will be held as scheduled. The Event will be conducted in Cantonese. The above offer is not applicable to the staff of BOCHK and its subsidiaries. 9. Integrated Account Services: Integrated Account Services: Wealth Management / Enrich Banking / i-free Banking customers who maintain the following designated amount of "Total Relationship Balance" can enjoy the relevant monthly service fee waiver. Quotas used up When the respective aggregate quota balance for Northbound trading is less than the daily quota, the corresponding buy orders will be suspended on the next trading day (sell orders will still be accepted) until the aggregate quota balance returns to the daily quota level. Once the daily quota is used up, acceptance of the corresponding buy orders will also be immediately suspended and no further buy orders will be accepted for the remainder of the day. Buy orders which have been accepted will not be affected by the using up of the daily quota, while sell orders will be continued to be accepted. Depending on the aggregate quota balance situation, buying services will be resumed on the following trading day. Trading day difference As mentioned above, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will only operate on days when both markets are open for trading and when banks in both markets are open on the corresponding settlement days. So it is possible that there are occasions when it is a normal trading day for the Mainland market but Hong Kong investors cannot carry out any A shares trading. Investors should take note of the days Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect is open for business and decide according to their own risk tolerance capability whether or not to take on the risk of price fluctuations in A shares during the time when Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect is not trading.

11 Restrictions on selling imposed by front-end monitoring For investors who usually keep their A shares outside of their brokers, if they want to sell certain A shares they hold, they must transfer those A shares to the respective accounts of their brokers before the market opens on the day of selling (T day). If they fail to meet this deadline, they will not be able to sell those A shares on T day. The recalling of eligible stocks When a stock is recalled from the scope of eligible stocks for trading via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect for above-mentioned reasons, the stock can only be sold but restricted from being bought.
