1 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Project # 16/0013 THIS IS NOT AN ORDER THE HARRIS CENTER LINEN LAUNDRY SERVICE The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (Formerly known as MHMRA of Harris County) requests a quotation for Linen Laundry Service. The supplier will provide a quote for laundry service of tablecloths and other linens located at 9401 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX The successful supplier will provide a total cost solution for linen laundry service. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1. SPECIFICATIONS Purpose: Scope of Work: To provide cost of laundering tablecloths Laundering of seventy (70) polyester tablecloths ( round and X120 rectangle) at 9401 Southwest Freeway one (1) to two (2) times a year or on an as needed basis. Scope of work should include: Cost of laundering tablecloths: a. Price of seventy (70) tablecloths b. Price per tablecloth c.
