3 Wheelchair tie-downs Securing wheelchairs in the correct position with the most appropriate wheelchair tie-downs is critical. Quattro A wheelchair restraint with retractable webbing and built-in release button. The additional safety feature of a handle to add final tension to the webbing gives the user confidence of a fully secured system in the vehicle. Quattro Express A wheelchair restraint with automatic self-tensioning feature and built-in release button. Minibus - Combined wheelchair retractable tie-down with a 3 point occupant restraint. Minibus - 6 point wheelchair tie-down and a 3 point occupant restraint. Titan A range of purpose-designed restraints made for heavier 200kg wheelchairs. Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle - Front electric reels with rear Solo wheelchair tie-down and a 3 point occupant restraint.
4 Combined wheelchair tie-down and occupant restraint systems Combined Systems include a wheelchair tie-down with a Split Reel Double Inertia passenger restraint for both safety and comfort. Occupant restraints Providing safe and simple occupant securement, a comprehensive selection of restraints. Split Reel Double Inertia 3 Point Static Lapbelt & Diagonal Our most popular passenger restraint with a separate lap and shoulder belt. Includes a reversible stalk that can rotate to fit either side of the vehicle. A safe, quick and easy to use occupant restraint. Upper Anchorage Strap 3 Point Static Lapbelt & Retractable Diagonal Unwin strongly recommend the use of a 3 point occupant restraint system to provide greater protection in case of an impact. All our restraint systems are tested to ISO and can secure wheelchair weights up to 120kg as standard. A fully adjustable strap which is used in conjunction with the Split Reel Double Inertia. This third point fitting comes with rail fixing for easy removal or with a bolt for permanent position. A simple and safe occupant restraint solution with a fully adjustable and retractable shoulder belt.
