With IT services becoming more splintered and complex because of innovations such as cloud and mobile technologies, organizations need to understand how ITAM enables an IT department to fully realize its ITSM objectives by managing the asset throughout its complete lifecycle. Attendees will walk away with information about the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to implement asset management in an ITSM program.
