7 Standard Terms and Conditions Prices are in EUR, exclusive of tax, shipping fees, and insurance, and are subject to change outside of EMEA. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, F.O.B. shipping point. Volume discounts and special pricing for educational institutions and non-profit organizations are available. Special pricing available for Windows Mobile and BlackBerry. AirWatch MDM for BlackBerry used in conjunction with BES or BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10. There is a 25 device minimum for all purchases. Up to two (2) additional devices can be used concurrently with each MCM license; however all three (3) devices combined are subject to the primary device's storage limitations. Hosting pricing is based on a shared environment. Dedicated environments are available for additional set-up and monthly fees. Annual maintenance and support fees are based on the total software license purchase amount, commences upon delivery of the software and are billed annually in advance. Expenses are billed to the customer as incurred according to AirWatch travel and expense policy and are the responsibility of the customer. The licensing of all software is governed by the agreement found at 7

8 MCM Promotion Terms and Conditions One offer per company. Offer valid for MDM customers only. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. This promotional offer is valid for purchases made through December 31, 2013 and includes the following options: o 0 License Fee and 7,50 per device annual maintenance from date of purchase and includes 25GB of storage per company o License Fee of 0,56 per device per month for 12 months, which includes annual maintenance and 25GB of storage per company The 0,56 License Fee period of 12 months can be extended an additional 12 or 24 months with the commitment on date of purchase for such extended period. After the promotional period, payment of the applicable License Fees and Software Maintenance will apply. MCM licenses under this promotional offer cannot exceed the number of MDM licenses and must be under the same terms, including the same license type (perpetual licenses or subscription) as MDM. Up to two (2) additional devices can be used concurrently with each MCM license; however all three (3) devices combined are subject to the primary device s storage limitations. Mobile Content Management includes 25GB Storage per company. Extra storage is available for an additional fee. The licensing of MCM under this promotional offer is limited and subject to the same number of devices and license terms as MDM. The license to MCM is governed by the agreement found at 8
