He has investigated and/or supervised thousands of fires and explosions throughout the United States and elsewhere worldwide. These investigations have involved significant product liability/subrogation issues; fuel gas explosions; multi-million dollar losses and those with multiple fatalities. 13 COURT/EXPERT WITNESS QUALIFICATIONS: Mr. Reynolds has qualified and testified as an expert witness in South Carolina Civil & Criminal Court trials. Mr. Reynolds has also given expert witness testimony by deposition in Gibson County, Indiana State Court and in the Federal Courts in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.
