10 COMPENSATION ELECTION AGREEMENT This agreement entered into by and between Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS and, sales associate, is for the purpose of selection of a compensation plan beginning.plan will be prorated to your birthday. The undersigned associate has reviewed the plans as amended and elects the plan checked below: The Quick Start Plan The Win Win 2 Step Plan Or The Win Win 1 Step Plan ( % Qualifying Level. Step to 85% or 90%). : The Success Plan % Beginning Level Based upon last years earnings of $.00 : The Entrepreneur Plan A : The Entrepreneur Plan B : The Entrepreneur Plan C % Beginning Level Payment Level Step to % Level : The Executive Plan A : My Personalized Plan As per attached schedule ($XX,XXX MINIMUM GCI REQUIRED) All compensation plans will be adjusted annually by the consumer commercial price index (CCPI), as reported by the government in January of each year. All compensation is subject to a Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates 6% royalty fee to be shared by the Company and the proportionately to plan chosen. Any and all Compensation Plan fees must be paid by the 1 st of each month. If any fee has not been paid by the 5 th of the month, associate will automatically revert to the Win Win Plan. The accounting department will not send monthly statements for fees. Therefore it is the responsibility of the associate to be sure fees are paid on a timely manner. Accounts payable by associate to the Company are due and payable within 10 days upon issuance of associate account statement. Any past due balance will accrue at the rate of 14% APR until paid. If the associate has a closing within the 10-day period, the amount due the company shall be deducted from the closing without accruing interest All closings are paid at the plan rate at the time of the closing. Any sales in pending at time of termination will be closed at 50% to the agent, less the 6%, E & O fee and any other fees owed to the company at time of termination.
