2 INTRODUCTION We are pleased to submit the Sheriffs and Constables 2015 Fees listing. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code , our office compiled the list of fees effective Jan. 1, 2015, as reported by county officials. Local Government Code (f) requires each county commissioners court to provide written notice to the Texas Comptroller s office of any changes in the fees set for services performed by the sheriffs and constables offices. These fees do not apply to criminal cases. We appreciate the cooperation of county officials throughout the state and their continued commitment to public service. 7 ANGELINA COUNTY (continued) Execution of any Writ or conducting a Sale which exceeds 1 hour of officer's time will incur an additional fee of $ per hour or part of an hour payable by Plaintiff.
