Please note that prior to submitting your loan application to this Council, you will have to make application for a loan to both a Bank and Building Society (list attached). If refused by both, you can then make application to Kerry County Council. The following items constitute an application and all the items must be submitted together. 1. Application Form, fully completed. 2. Fee of 30 (non-refundable). 3. An Income Tax P.60 for the previous tax year from both applicants, if both are working. In the case of persons who are self-employed, a copy of the last agreed tax assessment. 4. If either of the applicants are in receipt of Unemployment Assistance, a statement from the Department of Social Welfare must be submitted indicating the total amount of Unemployment Assistance paid for the previous tax year. This statement should also indicate the present weekly amount being paid. 5. Certified details of your present weekly income. 6. Keys of House to enable inspection to be carried out by the Council. 7. If available, copy of Land Registry map or copy of Deed map if property is already registered. or Site map (drawn to scale) showing the exact location and boundaries of the house. 8. Letter from your Solicitor stating: (a) Purchase price of house. (c) Any other expenses. (b) Legal expenses. (d) Type of Title which Vendor has to the property. 9. Documentary evidence of the decisions of both Bank and Building Society. 10. Certified Copy of Contract to purchase. 11.
