1 PRIVACY POLICY This Privacy Policy ( Policy ) applies to the website Creditseva.com which is an online internet portal ( Creditseva ), offering credit repair, credit monitoring and credit consulting services ( Services ). This Policy describes Creditseva s use and sharing of information received from persons accessing or using the Services ( User ) whether he/she is a Visitor (which means that User simply browses the Creditseva.com, or otherwise uses any Services without being registered with Creditseva) or is a Member (which means that User has registered with Creditseva). Creditseva adheres to the applicable laws regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information. Creditseva s Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. When User registers with Creditseva or uses the Services, the User may be asked to provide information such as: (1) personally identifiable information, which includes any information about the User that could reasonably be used to identify him/her in person, such as User s name, gender, address, address, date of birth, driver s license number, phone number or Credit Report information ( Personal Information ); and, (2) financial information such as User s Permanent Account Number (PAN), income, credit/debit card details, bank details, financial accounts details, etc. ( Financial Information ) In addition to any Personal Information or Financial Information that User chooses to submit to Creditseva, Creditseva and its third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) collect certain information, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, and other security and usage related information, whenever User visits or utilizes the Services ( Usage Information ). Creditseva automatically receives and records information that User s browser sends whenever User visits Creditseva.com. Further, these server logs may include information such as User s IP address or a unique identifier ( Device Identifier ), browser type, browser language, the date and time of User s request, pages viewed, time spent on Creditseva.com and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify the User s browser, from his/her computer or other device used to access the Services (the Device ). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to the User s Device, used to access the Services, and Creditseva s computers identify User s Device by its Device Identifier.

Cookies (data file placed on a Device when it is used to access the Services) may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering User and User s preferences and tracking User s visits to Creditseva.com. Creditseva uses temporary and permanent cookies when User signs in, to identify him/her and keep track of his/her personal session. All such information is securely stored, and no Personal Information is stored on User s cookie. If User chooses to disable the cookies on his/her Device, some features of the Services may not function properly. If User chooses to allow the cookies on his/her Device, User is hereby permitting Creditseva to use the Information collected by the cookies Creditseva uses aggregate data collected in log files and cookies to enhance or otherwise improve the Services, ascertain User preferences, to customize any advertising and content User sees, retrieval of information already provided by the User on Creditseva.com, improve the Services, develop new services, conduct research, etc. These cookies and log files do not store User s Personal Information, but they are tied to User s Personal Information in Creditseva s system Creditseva uses session ID cookies to make it easier for User to navigate through the Creditseva.com. Web beacons may be invisible to the User, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into the Creditseva.com can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count the Users of the Services, to monitor how Users navigate the Services, to count how many sent s were actually opened or to count how many particular pages or links were actually viewed. Creditseva does not tie web beacons to Personal Information Further, a programming code that is designed to collect information about User s interactions with the Services ( EmbeddedScript ) is temporarily downloaded onto User s Device from Creditseva s web server. However, such Embedded Script is active only while User is connected to the Services, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter. Use of such Information Collected 1.8. Creditseva will use the Personal Information and Financial Information collected from Users to deliver the products and Services requested through Creditseva.com, enhance

Creditseva may also use any non-financial Information to improve Creditseva s marketing and promotional efforts, analyze Creditseva.com use, improve Creditseva s product and Service offerings, to inform Users about online and offline offers, products, services, updates, and to tailor User s experience with third parties. Further, Creditseva may also share Financial Information with Creditseva s authorized third party service providers, such as payment gateways to facilitate the transactions proposed to be entered on Creditseva.com in relations to the Services. However, such Financial Information is only given to third party vendors when necessary to carry out legitimate business objectives The User may also request for certain Services of Creditseva which may involve the sending and receiving of communication to and correspondence with certain specific third-party agencies or entities. Such communication may contain certain Personal and/or Financial Information of the User and may be sent by the User from Creditseva. While sending such communication, Creditseva uses certain technology by which such communication would appear to the particular third-party agency or entity as having been sent directly by the User from his/her personal account (as provided to Creditseva for becoming a Member) without any involvement, or mention, of Creditseva. Further, any response to such communication shall be solely and directly received by the User, and Creditseva would not access or otherwise use any such information contained in such response, unless specifically provided by the User.

4 1.12. Creditseva will not indulge in any trading activity using the Personal Information, Financial Information, or any other information collected from Users. Disclosure of Personal Information Except as set forth herein, Creditseva does not rent, sell or share Personal Information it collects about User to or with third parties, and Personal Information collected from User is only used to provide him/her with Creditseva s products and Services, suggest products that might be of use, assistance and/or interest to User ( Personalisation ) and to comply with any requirements of law. Notwithstanding the foregoing statement, User has the option to opt-out of Personalisation Creditseva s agents or contractors may have access to User s Personal Information for the purpose of performing Services on behalf of Creditseva. All such agents or contractors who have access to User s Personal Information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the Services they are performing for Creditseva or as otherwise required by law Creditseva may share Personal Information with its other corporate entities and affiliates to detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts; and correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent the abuse of Creditseva s Services.
