And, your first question is likely, how do I go about getting what I need on order? Your nearest local urd dealer is typically the best resource to work directly with. In some cases, a dealer may not be accessible or may not offer after-sale service. This form will help you gather all the information that your dealer will need. ELPFUL TIP: Pictures speak a thousand words. Bringing pictures of the product you have can be very helpful to your dealer to identify the correct replacement components needed. Products manufactured from 2007 to December 11, 2007 are covered by urd s Goodwill Assistance Program (GAP.) Identification (ID): ID# is on the metal spacer channel in-between the panes of glass or etched directly on the glass. The ID# on the spacer channel will consist of one or two letters and three numbers. Examples of etching would read: URD (MAY READ MCI OR DI) URD IGMAC IGCC CBA OIG IGCC CBA CC 5 Y IGCC CBA LoE.
