The role of a travel medicine practitioner is to provide the traveller with expert advice and preventative measures regarding specific health risks for their country of destination. 2 HOW AND WHEN TO VISIT US Important Information for Your Appointment Schedule your appointment for a date at least six to eight weeks before departure..
