Review of subcontracts in which subcontractors are requesting modifications of standard terms and conditions, providing risk exposure issues to senior management. Review of all certificates of insurance, including additional insured endorsements, for all subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiation with subcontractor and subcontractor s agent to provide needed endorsements. Member Corporate Safety Committee. Negotiate and monitor medical as well as dental, life and disability insurance programs. Negotiate and monitor 401(k) plan, including working with 401(k) provider on a direct basis, keeping abreast of current issues in the pension arena and providing information to senior management and the 401(k) committee to maintain status of qualified defined contribution plan. Providing of technical expertise on commercial insurance and financing to EGI employees (in all of their regions), agents and directly to insureds and prospects. Marketing, placement and service of two large public sector self-insured plans, including Excess Workers Compensation, coordinating claims, engineering, and their self-funded health plans. Designed and placed association sponsored Professional Liability coverage for Emergency Room Physicians and Umbrella Liability coverage for the Texas Municipal League with the London market on both a direct and reinsurance basis. Designed and administered coverage program for professional liability for Petroleum Engineers specializing in the estimation of the amount of petroleum in an oil field negotiated policy wording for special form policy ( manuscripted policy ) with London.
