8 Some Highlights Comments about CPO Services "As before, you were wonderful in resolving issues. Thank you very much for your assistance. Paul [Paris, Clinical Services Consultant] was also very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.... Luke[ Meek, Technical Services Consultant]... proved to be good technical support. You make a good team, and you are what ultimately sells the product I wanted to give you some feedback regarding our upgrade to Centricity 4. In general, it went flawlessly. The problem we had was with the MIK kit. It is resolved today and I feel great again. Many good things happened trying to get the kit working. First, when we did the upgrade on the 23 rd there was technical support available immediately and they worked hard to do their part. Unfortunately, the level of expertise was not where it needed to be to get the kit operating completely, but it did work some. James Canady helped me on Tuesday evening after I became a tad demanding and he found another problem the needed to be corrected but still did not get the kit completely operationally. Finally, today, the kit is working properly again. The other great thing that happened today is that Les Robinson was taking some triage calls and he got ours. One other issue we had, was that we couldn t get into the security portion of centricity because we use our old NT server as the domain controller. I tell you, it was so good to get Les because the problem was fixed instantly. Judy Boesen Administrator Colorado Otolaryngology Associates,PC David, I just wanted to drop you a note about one of your support/trainers who I believe is exemplary employee. I have known Missy Parker since the beginning of our Millbrook (now Centricity) implementation. She was our first trainer and has conducted at least one subsequent training session during the early stages of the implementation project. Since then Missy has helped us to resolve various technical questions many of which related to EDI and the proper configuration of the system to send claims electronically and on paper. Missy knows the functionality of Centricity inside and out and in our experience knows more about EDI configuration for proper output of anyone on the Centricity support team. EDI is one of the most complex and confusing system functions. Getting it right ensures a steady cash flow for our practice. As I understand it, her job does not necessarily include this level of user support she is primarily a trainer. So, as I see it, Missy goes well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that Centricity users get quality support. I can say more but you get the idea she is a good person, a valuable resource to us and, in my opinion, is a valuable member of GE s product support and training team. You need to know when someone is performing exceptionally well. Happy Holiday. Regards, Tony Cottone Director Systems Operations Regional Women's Health Management, LLC 8/
9 Comments about CPO Services I can t tell you how much we appreciated Bob s visit this "Without Balinda's assistance and week. We all learned tons and feel much more comfortable in continued patience we would have been at a getting these lab interfaces off the ground. We learned far more loss. The Centricity program is not a than that as well in general terms about CPO EMR. Bob is program I would have selected for this great. practice but your excellent staff has been a terrific asset and resource." Again, many thanks for setting that up for us. Rollie Morshead Alliance Healthcare Systems Hi Guys! I just wanted to thank you for all your help with the RosettaStone installation. As an "end user" it really meant a lot to me that you took the time to keep me informed about your progress with the project and to explain to me what was going on and how it was going to help my problem in New Hampshire. Marcus logged into my server on Monday night our time to install the RosettaStone. Early Tuesday morning (my time!) he was touching base with Barb <their IT> to be sure my office would be up and running. I called at 8: am my time, which was 5: am Jacob's time. Jacob acted as though it were 1 am. Both Jacob and Les answered the phone and helped me through my problems immediately, which I know can be difficult in a busy call routing center. Both took the time to explain to me what they were doing, and how it impacted the two systems and the interfaces. Both answered my questions in ways that were helpful and respectful. Les told me he would communicate with Jacob and did it during the time the problems were being addressed. When Jacob said he would call me back, he did it, right on time, and let me know what to expect and how things were going. I am thoroughly impressed at how seamless you made the work, even though you are so far away from my little office, and from each other. I was thrilled at how fast and smoothly the installation went, and how you touched base with me and with my IT support "team" Barb to be sure the application was working and my office was functioning. I really felt like I mattered to "GEMS". My region has heavy penetration with both Logician and Epicare EMRs. I am already happy with the Centricity product, and it strengthens my testimonials to have the kind of help you gave me Monday and Tuesday. Thanks again! Jennifer F. Jeffries Jeffries Family Medicine, PLLC Please pass along my sincere thanks to Keith Wiseman for his work on the SFMC data conversion, it was a pleasure to work with him. He communicated with us clearly and responded to questions in a timely manner. He even helped us delete a large group of inactive accounts that were in our MM database from the prior two conversions. We have been experiencing T1 and hardware challenges and thus have not had an opportunity to thoroughly examine the converted data, but the accounts we have examined have contained exactly the data we wanted. Keith did a great job. Timothy J. Turner, Associate Executive Director, Puget Sound Family Physicians Comments about CPO Services Just a note of unsolicited praise for excellent service from the support department at Centricity Physician Office EMR. I've been using it since January 21, in my solo family medicine office, and just can't say enough good things about the excellent service at the other end of the line that they always give. No callbacks, or long phone menus to plod through...only real people who seem very committed to making great software continue to work great. And it is because it is great software that I hardly ever call them. When I do, they always exceed my expectations. Just want ya'll to know that I am grateful, not for any other reason than that I really appreciate what you do, every day. Keep up the good work! Thanks, from the heart, J Perkinson, MD Victoria, TX Substantial progress was made. Both Les and Kevin were fabulous. Their knowledge and experience and demeanor are outstanding. They spoke well for GE. Simeon Schwartz, MD "John, I'm not reopening this case. I just want to thank you for taking care of this case. I did receive the BCBS remittance, which was a great time saver. You've handled a couple of our cases in the past, and have always been able to handle the problems promptly. Thank you" Maureen Zacharia, Dr. Peter Zacharia's office Hi Andrea, I hope this note finds you well. I don't want to jinx it, but the contains no complaints/problems about Centricity. Actually, I thought you'd like to know that you have a fan club amongst Centricity customers. I was attending the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (our professional society) this past weekend with other office administrators. Of course we got to talking about what practice software we had, etc. I met up with other Centricity clients - all of whom knew you and raved about your support and expertise. You are well loved/respected. Best regards, Robyn Steinberg Allergy & Asthma Center of Massachusetts 9/
