Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Trap-Eye: Investigation of Efficacy and Safety in Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration(AMD) (VIEW1) This study is a phase III, double-masked, randomized, study of the efficacy and safety of VEGF Trap-Eye in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Trap-Eye: Investigation of Efficacy and Safety in Central Retinal Vein Occlusion (CRVO) This is a phase 3 study to determine the efficacy of VEGF Trap-Eye injected into the eye on vision function in subjects with macular edema as a consequence of central retinal vein occlusion.
