Direct deposit. Personal, business, or bank cheques. (b) Orders paid for by direct deposit or cheque will be shipped only after funds have cleared. Please note, clearing some cheques may delay shipment by up to 7 days. 2. Pricing and Specifications (a) Every effort is made to ensure that prices and specifications quoted are current. However, these may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right in the pursuit of improvements or updates to alter or change any of the products on our website. (b) All prices advertised are in Australian Dollars and are EXCLUSIVE of GST and FREIGHT. 3. Availability of Stock (a) If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to discuss a possible substitute prior to billing and shipping of the remainder of your order. 4. Shipping and Handling (a) We aim to despatch goods via courier on the day we receive payment for the order (prior to 1pm). (b) We retain the details of each consignment details for tracking purposes. s and Displays cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to strikes, floods or road closures, or any other event. 5. Returns Policy (a) Occasionally goods are damaged in transit. Orders damaged during transit will be replaced provided they are reported to s & Displays Pty Ltd within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please check your order immediately on receipt of delivery. All valid claims will result in the replacement of the damaged goods, or a refund if a replacement is not available. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product that they have chosen is suitable for their requirements. A claim must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. s and Displays will not accept return of goods without giving prior approval. Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer. A credit will not be given for the original freight charge for delivery of goods.
