9 Maintenance & Support Solutions Account recovery In the event of your website crashing you want to make sure that you can revert back to a previous stored version of your website (our hosting facilities store daily backups for 7 days). As part of all our maintenance packages your website will be recovered by one of our support specialists and have it back up and running in no-time. CMS and Plugin updates To improve the security of your websites Content Management System (CMS) it is key to keep your CMS version and its plugins up to date. As part of all our maintenance packages you will have our maintenance team monitoring your websites CMS and plugin version and action any updates as soon as they are required.
